As an important social organization, hospital is an essential part of our daily life, whichexerts significant effect on improving people’s life and public sanitary situation, and raising theirhappiness index. In2000, after implementing classification management on medicalorganizations, private-owned hospital have been growing up and spreading rapidly. And itshealth level raises also. Contract to traditional public hospital, on the aspect of service belief andinnovation, the private ones have the advantages of flexibility, adapt to the market changerapidly and catering for the need of patients. At the same time, the private hospitals have theproblems on human resource management, especially on staff training and developing.This thesis makes an in-depth analysis on staff developing and training of private-ownedhospital, basing on the example of Guangji Clinic in Hebei District in Tianjin. First,this thesisintroduces the general development of private-owned hospitals in China and the basic situationof their specialized staff. And through realistic investigation and research, this thesis analyzes thecurrent condition of staff training and developing in Guangji Clinic in Hebei District in Tianjin,and recognizes the main problems. Second, basing on the developing target and managingcharacteristics, this thesis analyzes the goal and design plan of staff developing and training forGuangji Clinic and gives the final plan. At last, basing on the staff developing and trainingsystem, this thesis brings forwards staff developing and training system strategy which includesestablishing long-term specialized post training system, building logical and suitable promotingsystem, producing corresponding salary and welfare system, and influencing staff with positiveand special enterprise culture.
