Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Erectile Disorder.ED In Stagnation Of QI Due To Depression Of Liver By Acupuncture Therapy

Objective:Generally evaluate the effect and security by Acupuncture Therapy on treating Er ectile Disorder.ED in stagnation of QI due to depression of liver.Method:Collecting cases according to clinical diagnosis and treatment standards of TCM a nd modern medicine.The way of dividing cases to treatment group and control group i s random classification,using it average 72 cases.The control group patients was treat ed with Traditional Chinese Medicine “Xiaoyaosan”,another group patients by Acupu ncture Therapy.After three months of complete treatment,concluded the index differen ce between the two groups in the clinical performance of IIEF-5 ? SAS ?SDS and TCM symptom.The main symptom score include erections during sexual act ivity,erections until complete the whole personality activity.anxiety and depression de gree.TCM symptoms survival rate,emotional depression,costal pain,chest tightness,na usea and vomit.Results:1.A total 72 cases of patients,completed 60 cases,12 cases of loss and both of 6cases in the treatment group and control group fall of.Comparison between the two groups of patients before treatment with age,course,single symptom score,total symptom score,IIEF-5 score,SAS score and SDS score,these difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),so that the two groups were comparable.2.Comparing total symptom score with TCM,the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,which has statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparing single symptom score with TCM,the scores of sexual impotence,emotional depression,costal pain,chest tightness,nausea and vomit of patie nts was improved more obvious in treatment group,which has statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The effective rate of treatment group reached 93.33%,while the control group was 88.66%.The effective rate of treatment in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparing score in IIEF-5 with two groups,treatment group has more significant improvement,which has statistical significance(P<0.05).6.Comparing score in SAS and SDS with two groups,treatment group was more obvious reduction,which has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with pure Chinese medicines xiaoyao San,Acupuncture Therapy for ED in stagnation of QI due to depression of liver was good effective in overall clinical efficacy.2.Acupuncture Therapy and Chinese medicines xiaoyao San have the same curative effect in promoting the efficacy of no erection or erectile rigidity is not enough.Acupuncture Therapy was good effective in improving patient's score of IIEF-5,SAS,SDS and TCM symptom in depressed?sigh and chest pain.3.Acupuncture Therapy was better in concurrent symptom due to emotional disorder,which incarnate the characteristic of Acupuncture Therapy “congruence of body and mind”.
