Objective: using Chinese medicine internal and combined traditional Chinese medicine facial mask for liver and qi stagnation type chloasma, comprehensive evaluation of its curative effect, the recurrence rate and adverse reaction, analysis the advantage of combination therapy in the treatment of chloasma, to explore the therapeutic effect of combination therapy.Methods: random the 91 cases of chloasma patients were divided into three groups,there were 31 patients in the combination group, with traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask external application; Chinese medicine group with 30 cases, with oral administration of Chinese medicine; mask group with 30 cases, using mask external application of Chinese Medicine; combined group as treatment group, control group is Chinese medicine group and mask group, 4weeks for a course of treatment, after the end of each course to observe therapeutic efficacy, a total of three courses were observed three times. Compare the three methods before and after treatment, the severity of skin lesions, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, quality of life, etc. there is no improvement, pay attention to observe whether there is no adverse reactions during treatment. Finally, all the numbers are analyzed by SPSS software.Results:(1) before treatment and three groups of patients with Masi, TCM syndrome,DLQI score by groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05), after treatment, the patients in the three groups and their respective before treatment were compared treatment is better than before(P < 0.05).(2) 4 weeks after treatment, the patients in the three groups, lesions of the integral(Masi) between the groups compared with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05), optimal in the combined group, Chinese medicine and mask group had no significant difference between; 8 and 12 weeks after treatment, combined group Chinese Medicine group > > mask group.(3) after 4 weeks of treatment, the efficacy of the three groups was statistically significant(p<0.05), the optimal combination group, 8 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment.(4)three groups of patients after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were statistically significant difference(p<0.05), combined group > Chinese medicine group > mask group.(5) the scores of quality of life of the three groups after treatment were different(P<0.05), combined group > traditional Chinese medicine group > mask group.(6) after the end of treatment, the three groups were followed up for 2 months,the recurrence rate was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the recurrence rate of the combined group was less than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the mask group.(7) there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the three groups during the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: by Xiaoyaosan Decoction orally combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask in the treatment of female of stagnation of liver Qi type chloasma patients. This method not only has a positive effect and treatment during the emergence of the adverse reactions less after cure of low recurrence rate, worthy of clinical reference and use.
