Purpose:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Xiaoyao Decoction in the treatment of liver qi stagnation syndrome type.Material and method:Will meet the inclusion criteria of 70 cases of liver qi stagnation node type depression syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 35 cases and the control group(35 cases)(traditional Chinese Medicine), and the therapy for Shugan Jieyu, regulating qi and in. Prescription: "Xiaoyao Decoction"(Angelica, Lignum Millettiae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radices Saussureae, Radix Curcumae, tuckahoe each for 20 g, Concha Ostreae, Abalone shell, Mother of pearl, Keel each for 30 g, Tangerine peel, Radices Saussureae, Bupleurum root, White Atractylodes Rhizome, Rhizoma Cyperi each for 15 g, licorice each for 10g) treatment, 1 agent /d, 400 m L oral decoction, early in the evening. Treatment group 35cases(acupuncture and Chinese medicine in the treatment of) acupuncture take Shenting(GV 24), Baihui(GV 20), Danzhong(CV 17); Shuaigu(G 8), Temple, Neiguan(P6), Taichong(Liv3), Sanyinjiao( SP6), Anmian on both sides; laryngeal have stems feelings plush Tiantu(CV22). Acupunctureat for 20 min, l times /d; Chinese medicine treatment with the control group. Each group of continuous treatment with 10 d for 1 courses.Continuous 2 courses of treatment, to determine the clinical efficacy of the two groups, HAMD score changes and adverse reactions in the treatment of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. During the treatment, fasting irritating foods and other drugs, to avoid mood swings.Results: 1.HAMD score to determine the overall effect: in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 97.14%. The markedly effective rate was 82.86%, in the control group, the total effective rate was 88.57%, markedly effective rate of 59.59%; the curative effect of TCM syndrome score to determine the overall effect: in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 97.14%, markedly effective rate of 71.43%, control group, the total effective rate was 91.43%, markedly effective rate of was 48.57%. Two kinds of efficacy determination methods of the data were used to compare the results of the rank sum test, the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05). 2.Two groups before and after treatment HAMD score change, the traditional Chinese medicine symptom curative effect score change self comparison results are P<0.01, show that the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of depression are effective. 3.Comparison between the two groups after treatment HAMD score, TCM syndrome efficacy score changes, statistical results were P<0.01 and P<0.05, that is, the treatment group in improving symptoms of depression is better than the control group. Conclusion: 1.The treatment method can significantly improve the liver qi stagnation syndrome patients with node type acupuncture combined with "Xiaoyao Decoction" symptoms. 2.In improving the clinical manifestations of depression, the combination of acupuncture and medicine has more advantages, and the cure rate is higher. 3.The treatment of liver qi stagnation syndrome junction, acupuncture and satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
