Clinical Observation Of Qixian Decoction In The Treatment Of Lung And Kidney Deficiency Type And Blood Stasis In Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:To observe the effects of Qixian Decoction on clinical manifestations and signs,blood biochemical parameters and auxiliary examination in the treatment of Lung and Kidney Deficiency Type and Blood Stasis in COPD,and evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:64 patients with Lung and Kidney Deficiency Type and Blood Stasis in CODP who met the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment;The treatment group was treated with Qixian Decoction for 1month on the basis of routine treatment with Western medicine.The The changes of m MRC grade,CAT score,TCM syndrome score,Blood Stasis score,blood routine,CRP,arterial blood gas analysis,D-D,FIB,ESR,TEG,BNP,6MWT,liver and kidney were recorded before and after treatment.Data results SPSS21.0 software was used for data processing and analysis.Results:1.After treatment,the treatment group comprehensive treatment effect is better than the control group(P<0.05).2.The m MRC grade and CAT scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The CAT scores of the treatment group decreased better than the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The Blood Stasis score in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the CRP,Pa CO2,D-D,MA,and BNP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the Pa O2,K,and 6MWT is higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.There were no significant differences in liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment.5.The Blood Stasis score was positively correlated with m MRC grade,CAT score?TCM syndrome score?age?D-D,and the Blood stasis score is negatively correlatedwith 6MWT?R?K(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Qixian Decoction can improve the clinical manifestations and signs,TCM syndromes of patients with Lung and Kidney Deficiency Type and Blood Stasis in CODP,and enhance the therapeutic effect.Qixian Decoction can improve the body's inflammatory response,respiratory metabolism,blood hypercoagulability,cardiopulmonary function and exercise tolerance.It has anti-inflammatory,correcting hypoxia and CO2 retention,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.And Qixian Decoction is an effective prescription in the treatment of Lung and Kidney Deficiency Type and Blood Stasis in COPD.It is safe and reliable,and no obvious adverse reactions are observed.2.The degree of Blood Stasis in patients with COPD is related to age,m MRC grade,CAT score,TCM syndrome score,D-D,R,K,6MWT,and is positively correlated with the severity of the disease.The higher the degree of Blood Stasis,the more serious the disease severity,and the Blood Stasis score can be used as an indicator to assess the severity of the disease.
