Clinicai Effects And Influence Of Acute Exacerbation Of Shen Qi Bu Fei Prescription To Stabilized COPD With High Risk

Objective:To observe SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction to the treatment of COPD patients in stabilization with high risk(Lung and kidney deficiency with blood stasis pattern)of TCM syndromes scores,COPD assessment test(CAT)and the number of exacerbations,evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:90 qualified patients in COPD stabilization with high risk were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and treatment group(45 cases),who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between July 2016 and February 2017.The treatment group:Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation,18?g pd,at the same time the patients also used SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction,one dose per day,150ml per time after breakfast and dinner;The control group:only Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation,18?g pd.The course of treatment is 90 days for both groups.If symptoms of two groups of patients appear to worsen,salbutamol aerosol(100?g/spray)can be given symptomatic treatment.Recording TCM syndromes scores and COPD assessment test(CAT)of the two groups before and after therapy,and the number of exacerbations after treatment for 9 months of the two groups.Results:1.TCM syndromes scores of the two groups both decreased after treatment,the treatment group is superior to the control group,the difference between the two groups showed statistical significances(P<0.05).2.The clinical effect of the treatment group was significant,the total effective rate was 88.10%,cmopared with the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The number of exacerbations in treatment group dropped obviously compared with the control group,reaching statistical significance between these two groups.(P<0.05).4.CAT scores decreased after treatment in both groups,reaching statistical significance between the two groups after treatmet.(P<0.05)5.The two groups of patients were no clinically significant for the safety indicatorConclusion:1.SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction can improve the TCM syndrome of COPD patients in stabilization with high risk.2.SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction can reduce CAT score of COPD patients in stabilization with high risk.3.SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction can reduce the number of acute episodes of COPD patients in stabilization with high risk.4.SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction is safe and effective in clinical application.
