Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the clinical efficacy and safety of SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction on the symptoms of patients with chronic,obstructive COPD stabilization(Lung and kidney deficiency with blood stasis pattern)and the influence of serum IL-8 and TNF-?Methods:Were included in the standard of COPD stabilization(Lung and kidney deficiency with blood stasis pattern)76 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group 38 cases,actual finish test number for 36 cases(one case was lost to follow-up,one case of not according to stipulations are eliminated drugs);the control group,38 cases were completed and 36 cases were actually completed(one case was lost and one case was retracted from the disease).Treatment group:oral astragalus supplemental lung,daily one dose,water decoction,150ml morning and evening warm clothing;control group:give thiamethoxam bromide powder inhalant(18?g×10 specifications,product called:SiLiHua,boehringer ingelheim company production,imported drug registration number:H20140933),one time per day,every time one,each containing absorption dose of 18?g.The course of treatment was 3 months.Before and after treatment,the two groups of patients were compared with traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,and the serum IL-8 and TNF-a were measured before and after treatment.Results:1.SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction can improve COPD stabilization Lung and kidney deficiency with blood stasis pattern)in patients with clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the breathing,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,easy to catch a cold,lumbar debility,tinnitus,etc.,the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group(P<0.05).2.SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction can improve COPD stabilization treatment(Lung and kidney deficiency with blood stasis pattern)in patients with clinical curative effect is distinct,the total effective rate of two groups of patients before and after treatment were:the treatment group was 88.89%,58.33%in the control group,two groups compare the results with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Two groups of drugs can reduce the serum IL-8 and the level of TNF-?,compared before treatment after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the comparison between groups,statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the treatment group reduced serum levels of IL-8 and TNF-? level is better than the control group.4.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment..Conclusion:1.SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction party COPD stabilization treatment(Lung and kidney deficiency with blood stasis pattern)the patient's clinical curative effect is distinct,can improve the patient's clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.2.SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction can effectively reduce the serum il-8 and tnf-q of patients with COPD homeostasis(Lung and kidney deficiency with blood stasis pattern).3.SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction is safe and effective in clinical application.
