Puepers: this study reserched the distribution regularity of blood stasis symptom and the severity of blood stasis among the Qi deficiency patients with copd, to explore the relationship between the blood stasis and Qi deficiency of lung, spleen and kidney. then,we can understand the blood stasis situation of the Qi deficiency patients with copd and can diagnose and treat this disease better.Methods: Frist, wo selected the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in hospital who meet the requirement and collected there basical information. Second, record the blood stasis symptom integral,routine blood test, D-dimer, and coagulation function of the three groups of patients. Last,we used the SPSS statistical soft ware to analyse the date difference of three groups of patients.Results: In this study, there are 100 patients in total, 22 patients are in “deficiency of lung qi deficiency”group, 35 patients are in “asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi” group and 43 patients are in “insuffciency of QI of the lung and kidney ” group. We compared the ages, the course of disease and the blood stasis symptom integral of each group patients by the chi-square test, and got the result: P < 0.05. Comparing the the red blood cell count, erythrocyte deposited, the platelet parameters,D-dimer, fibrinogen and activating part of blood coagulation, we also can got that:P < 0.05, it have statistical significance.Conclusion: it inferts that, from “deficiency of lung qi deficiency” to”asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi” to “insufficiency of QI of the lung and kidney”, As the increase of deficiency of vital energy symptoms, the blood stasis symptoms also increase gradually, the blood viscosity also increases, The risk of thrombosis increases too. |
