Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of COPD With Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney Qi By Combined Treatment Of Bufei Decoction

Objective Through the clinical observation of Bufei Decoction combined cutting therapy for the treatment of stable COPD with deficiency of lung and kidney qi,the therapeutic effect and safety of Bufei Decoction combined cutting therapy were discussed.Methods The 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the control group,the treatment group 1,and the treatment group 2,with 30 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The three groups were given the same lifestyle intervention,and the control group was treated with Western medicine alone(tiotropium inhalation powder mist inhalation symptomatic treatment);treatment group 1 was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Bufei Decoction on the basis of the control group;treatment group 2 On the basis of treatment group 1,cut therapy was added for treatment.After 2 months of treatment,the symptoms,lung function(FEV1,FEV1/FVC),IL-6,m MRC score,CAT score,clinical efficacy and other indicators were analyzed.Results 1.Lung function(FEV1,FEV1/FVC): After treatment,compare the FEV1,FEV1/FVC levels between the three groups of patients,P<0.05,compare the FEV1 levels in each group before and after treatment,after testing,P<0.05,each before and after treatment The comparison of FEV1/FVC levels within the group was tested,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The results of the study showed that the three groups were effective in improving the lung function of patients;2.Serum IL-6 levels: IL-6 between the three groups after treatment level comparison,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The IL-6 levels of the three groups of patients were reduced before and after treatment;the results showed that the three groups can reduce the IL-6 level of patients,and according to the IL-6 level after treatment,Treatment group 2 has better curative effect,better than treatment group 1,control group,treatment group 1 is better than control group;3.CAT score: comparison of CAT scores of the three groups after treatment,P<0.05,the differences are statistically significant,three Comparison of CAT scores before and after treatment in the group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.The results show that the three treatments can improve the CAT score of patients.Among them,treatment group 2 and treatment group 1 are better than the control group in reducing CAT score.And the treatment group is better than treatment group 1 in reducing the CAT score;4.m MRC score: After treatment,the m MRC score between the three groups is compared,P<0.05,which is statistically significant.The m MRC score in the same group before and after treatment is compared,P<0.05,Statistically significant,the results show that the three treatment groups can improve the m MRC score of the patient.Among them,treatment group 2 and treatment group 1 are better than the control group in reducing m MRC score,and treatment group 2 is better than the control group in reducing m MRC score Treatment group 1;5.Acute attacks: After treatment,only treatment group 2 compared with the control group,P<0.05,indicating that only treatment group 2 of the three groups can significantly reduce the number of acute attacks;6.TCM syndrome total score: Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndromes between the three groups after treatment,P<0.05,comparison of each group before and after treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the three treatment options have improved the patient’s syndrome,and treatment group 2 is improving The patients’ syndromes were more effective than the treatment group 1 and the control group;7.Safety indicators: There were no adverse reactions in the three groups of patients during the study.Conclusions The combined treatment of Bufei Decoction in the treatment of COPD patients with lung and kidney qi deficiency in stable COPD can significantly relieve symptoms,improve lung function,improve physical signs,and reduce inflammatory indicators compared to pure Western medicine and Bufei Decoction treatment.The combined treatment of Bufei Decoction has obvious curative effect in the treatment of stable COPD,and no adverse reactions occurred during clinical medication.Its application is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of clinical application.
