| Purpose: This study aim is through observation of modified treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema soup(COPD) in stable phase(lung and kidney qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis in collaterals) clinical efficacy, and further to discuss its superiority in treating this disease.Method: the Sixty cases in the group of patients with stable COPD, with random packet mode is divided into two groups: treatment group(MBD) in Thirty cases; the control group(tiotropium bromide inhalation) in Thirty cases.Result: through the clinical study, the treatment group(MBD) total efficiency is83.33%,control group(tiotropium bromide inhalation)The total effective rate was 70.00%, The results show that the total efficiency in treatment group than in the control group(p<0.05) a significant effect.Conclusion: the modified Bufei Decoction on stable COPD(lung and kidney qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collaterals) clinical studies show that warm the lung Tongbi Decoction for ILD(lung and kidney qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis in collaterals) curative effect, the clinical efficacy was better than control group in improving patients with dyspnea, shortness of breath, dyspnea, cough, chest and diaphragm fullness the symptoms of the effect is particularly prominent, can significantly improve the FVC% and SO2% of patients. Warm lung Tongbi Decoction on COPD(lung and kidney qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis in collaterals) correlation in patients with other disease needs to be further studied.
