Objective:By observing and comparing the difference in the clinical efficacy on cervical vertigo with qi-blood deficiency between relieve-nodule and pei-yuan acupuncture and the conventional acupuncture, this study evaluates the clinical application value of relieve-nodule and pei-yuan acupuncture and the conventional acupuncture in order to provide new treatment ideas and better treatment options for the treatment of cervical vertigo with qi-blood deficiency.Meanwhile,relieve-nodule and pei-yuan acupuncture was analyzed and discussed so as to provide objective basis for clinical application of treating cervical vertigo with qi-blood deficiency. Methods:There were 64 subjects in this study, and they were divided into two groups, and each group had 32 patients. In the treatment group, local nodules or tender points were selected first, and next the operator had to loose the part with unknotting stitch. Then, the acupuncture points of Sibai(ST2),Danzhong(RN17),Zhongwan(RN12),Guanyuan(RN4)were used to nourish the yuan qi.The patients in the control group were given conventional acupuncture and main points were Baihui(DU20),Touwei(ST8),Neiguan(PC6),Zusanli(ST36).The two groups were treated once a day for 30 minutes no needling acupuncture on Sundays,6 times a week,a total of 12 times of treatment.Evaluate Scale Cervical Vertigo(ESCV),Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom Scale,Vertigo Degree Rating Scale and Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90)were assessed before and after 12 times of treatment respectively.Date were collected and analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software according the criteria of efficacy evaluation. The results obtained were statistically significant at P <0.05.Results:1 Baseline data: There was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease,Evaluate Scale Cervical Vertigo(ESCV)score,Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom Scale,Dizziness Rating Scale and Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90)score between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05),suggesting comparability.2 Comparison of ESCV scores: After treatment, the intra-group comparison of each item scores of the two groups were higher than before, showing striking difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the total score of the treatment group was higher after treatment,in which the improvement of vertigo and daily life and work were better than the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the improvement of thepsychosocial adaptability of neck and shoulder pain and headache and the total score(P >0.05).3 Comparison of TCM Symptom Scale: After treatment, the scores of TCM Symptom Scale in these two groups were both decreased than before, showing striking difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the score of the treatment group was lower after treatment, which was better than the control group in improving the pulse condition of patients(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the total score of tongue and complexion(P<0.05).4 Comparison of Vertigo Degree Rating Scale: After treatment, the scores of Vertigo Degree Rating Scale in these two groups were both decreased than before, showing striking difference(P<0.05).The score of treatment group was lower than the control group's,however the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).It can be entailed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group had advantage over that of the control group in improving the degree of vertigo.5 Comparison of SCL-90: After treatment, the scores of SCL-90 in these two groups were both decreased than before, showing striking difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the depression, anxiety, and mental scores of the treatment group after treatment were higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both the treatment group and the control group improved their psychology to a certain extent after treatment. And the treatment group was slightly inferior to the control group in improving mental health.6 The Comparison result of clinical efficacy after treatment between the two groups was as following:In the treatment group,10 patients were cured,15 were significantly effective,4were effective, and 1 was ineffective, with a total effective rate of 90.62%;in the control group 4 patients were cured,17 were effective, and 5 were effective,6 invalid, the total effective rate was 81.25%.The non-parametric rank sum test was used to compare the ratio of efficacy of the two groups,in which Z=-1.789,P=0.074>0.05,indicating that the difference hasn't statistical significance.Conclusions:1 Both the treatment group and the control group can improve the mental and social adaptation of vertigo headache neck and shoulder pain in cervical vertigo patients with qi-blood deficiency to a certain extent, and improve the quality of life;2 The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the vertigo degreeand pulse condition of cervical vertigo patients with qi-blood deficiency;3 The treatment group is slightly inferior to the control group in improving the mental health of cervical vertigo patients with qi-blood deficiency;4 In this clinical observation, the two acupuncture methods are equivalent to the treatment of cervical vertigo with qi-blood deficiency, and can be used according to the patients' clinical symptoms and signs.
