The Clinical Study On Treatment Of The Qi And Blood Deficiency Type Of Vertigo By Electro-acupuncture Combined With Spleen-invigorating Tonga Taste

ObjectiveBy observing the electric acupuncture combined with spleen-invigorating tonga taste treatment of vertebral-basilar artery blood supply insufficient and the curative effect of TCM diagnosis of qi and blood deficiency type dizziness,vertigo severity score analysis,dizziness handicap inventory score and TCD blood flow index,TCM symptom score,etc.,to discuss the clinical curative effect,Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect and its mechanism of action,thus to improve the clinical curative effect of qi and blood deficiency type vertigo provide experimental support and improve its curative effect evaluation method,in order to better play to the traditional Chinese medicine cure characteristics,clinical applications and theoretical results.MethodsWould be consistent with the traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,64 cases of patients,adopt the method of random grouping,strip off cases,finally divided into 31 cases treatment group and 30 cases of control group.Treatment group: including 13 cases of male,28 cases of female;Age 28 ~ 73;Course 1 weeks to five years.Using electric acupuncture combined with the method of spleen-invigorating tonga taste treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion prescription: best(double),wind pool,air sea,blood(double),foot three mile(double).After needling the low-frequency pulse cupping therapy apparatus to the wind pool hole on both sides,choose continuous wave,frequency of 20 hz,strength with patients able to tolerate and feel comfortable advisable,retaining needle for 30 minutes,once per day,five times a week,a week for a period of treatment,continuous four courses of treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine prescription: spleen-invigorating tonga taste.Dangshen 15 g,Atractylodes 10 g,Astragalus root 20 g,Longan meat 10 g,Angelica root,10 g,Cultivated land 10 g,Jujube 10 g,Radix Aucklandiae 6g,Wolfiporia extensa 15 g,stir-fried green beans 10 g,Polygala tenuifolia 10 g,Semen Ziziphi spinosae 20 g,gastrodin elata 10 g,Uncaria 15 g,saposhnicovia divaricata 10 g,Rhizoma Chuanxiong 10 g.Daily 1 agent,slow fire Fried juice 400 ml,200 ml warm clothes in the morning and night.Control group: 14 cases of male,26 cases of female;Age 26 ~ 74,Course 1 weeks to five years.Use of spleen-invigorating tonga taste treatment alone.Then the vertigo severity score,dizziness handicap inventory,TCM syndrome score,TCD related indexes were compared between the two groups after 4 courses.All the data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software.ResultsAfter four courses of treatment,compared with the indicators results: the treatment group after treatment in patients with vertigo severity score,DHI score and TCM syndrome scoring were significantly lower(P < 0.05);Clinical curative effect of treatment group total effective rate was 87.10%,the control group in clinical effect of total effective rate was 63.33%,and comparing the two groups,P < 0.05;Syndromes efficient treatment group was 90.32%,control group was 76.67%,and comparing the two groups,P < 0.05;Two groups of patients after treatment of TCD vascular blood flow indexes related to some indicators have improved significantly(P < 0.05),but the comprehensive comparison of two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05);After follow-up,1 months recurrence rate comparison,P > 0.05;3 months recurrence rate comparison,P < 0.05.ConclusionElectric acupuncture combined with spleen-invigorating tonga taste treat anaemia VBI chi xu dizziness in patients with vertigo severity,daily life,clinical curative effect and the influence of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect in a simple spleen-invigorating tonga taste treatment were obviously improved.Two kinds of treatment for patients with TCD effect no statistical difference related indicators.No obvious difference was found between two groups of recurrence of 1 month,but the recurrence rate of 3 months,electric acupuncture combined with spleen-invigorating tonga taste group was significantly lower than the pure spleen-invigorating tonga taste.
