The number of cancer patients has increased since the 21 st century.In our country,an average of about 6 people per minute are diagnosed with malignant tumors,and about 7300 people die of cancer every day.Nowadays,people pay attention to efficiency,the pace of life is quickening,the health problems are revealed,and the growth rate of population aging,it is not difficult to predict that in the next few decades,the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in our country will increase significantly.The cure rate of cancer is not only relatively low,but also the treatment of cancer must go through a long period of physical torture,psychological suffering to be able to be cured.Cancer brings not only pain but also death.Stress from many aspects,promote the increase of negative emotions of cancer patients,strongly affect the effect of treatment,light will prolong the treatment time to increase the cost of treatment,heavy will lead to the victim to give up treatment options light birth.At this time,patients are eager to get more psychological and social care,but the existing medical model is difficult to meet the needs of patients.At present,China's medical field for cancer treatment has achieved good results,the group of social intervention in cancer patients have a rapid development,compared with these two cases of social work intervention in cancer patients research is inadequate.As a self-help professional,medical social work can provide patients with more persuasive psychological counseling services on the one hand,to help patients alleviate the negative emotions in the course of treatment so as to achieve better treatment results.On the other hand,it can help patients regain confidence,reduce the psychological shadow brought by cancer,and help patients to return to society better in the later stage of treatment.The subjects of this study,ms.wang,were patients with stage ii nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Z hospital,C city,J province.In the course of case intervention,social workers found that the cancer patient's negative emotion during the treatment of the performance of the change of uncertainty,and negative emotion affected the patient's confidence in the cure of the disease,but also played an obstacle to the effect of treatment.In the early stage of patient diagnosis,the cognitive behavior theory is used to help the victim rebuild his cognition and face the disease actively;during the treatment period,the theory of "people in the situation" is used to let the patient build up the confidence to fight the disease in the social environment;during the recovery period,help the patient to build the confidence to integrate into the society.Practice has proved that the specific division of the treatment stage of cancer patients,and the implementation of targeted intervention to alleviate the negative emotions of cancer patients have a positive effect.
