Application Research Of Case Management In Alleviating Psychological Stress Of Cancer Patients

In the context of the whole society's pursuit of a "fast pace and high efficiency" lifestyle,the pollution of the ecological environment has led to a series of problems in people's health conditions,and the prevalence rate has increased.In particular,the increase of cancer patients makes people pay more and more attention to health,mainly due to the difficulty in curing cancer in the later stage,the long time to cure,high cost of funds and other reasons.According to the statistics of the world health organization in 2015,cancer caused a total of 8.8 million deaths in the whole year,and cancer has become the second leading cause of death in the world.Globally,nearly one sixth of deaths are caused by cancer.For a cancer patients in the early stage,in the physical to bear the pain for a long time,the ravages of various treatments;Psychologically,I worry about the length of my life,the financial burden of my family,the ability to take care of my family,and other people's different views.Moreover,the fear of cancer in China has become a topic to avoid talking about,the topic of death is not dare to mention,about cancer knowledge of nature is very little;Foreign related research shows that more than 90%of cancer patients in the clinical treatment process,will produce certain psychological pressure;If the psychological pressure of patients cannot be alleviated for a long time,it will lead to psychological problems,which not only reduces the quality of life of patients,but also has a great negative impact on the treatment effect of the hospital and is not conducive to the recovery of patients.Therefore,the physiological and psychological problems faced by cancer patients need timely care and support,so as to improve the effect of clinical treatment and relieve psychological pressure.In view of the major problem of psychological stress of cancer patients,this paper decided to adopt the method of case management to alleviate the psychological stress of patients,so as to improve the treatment effect.This paper collects relevant data of service objects by combining the method of participant observation and interview,forms the demand assessment of the subject,takes the question as the guidance,makes service plan,and provides the service objects with "one station multiple" comprehensive service by the professional method of case management.In the process of case management,social workers mainly act as supporters,coordinators,intermediaries and resource connectors.Guided by the theory of ecosystem,it guides service objects to overcome internal obstacles at the micro level,integrates internal resources at the intermediate level,and links external resources at the macro level for service objects,so as to reduce the psychological pressure of service objects,improve the treatment effect of the hospital and the quality of life of the case subject.The intervention process of case management makes use of effect evaluation to effectively evaluate the role of pressure relief in cancer patients.The results show that the intervention of case management in cancer patients has a great effect on pressure relief,which is conducive to helping the service object to solve multiple problems and reduce psychological pressure.At the end of this paper,the application of case management methods are summarized and reflected,and constructive Suggestions on the application of case management methods in the stress relief of cancer patients are put forward from three different levels,in the hope of providing some reference for relevant practical research.
