Research On Hospital-Patient Disputes In Chongqing

At present,the implementation of people’s mediation of doctor-patient disputes in many parts of the country has achieved some success,but the rate of doctor-patient disputes is still high.As far as Chongqing is concerned,how to implement the multi-subject division of Labor and cooperation,how to evaluate the effect of multi-subject cooperation and how to solve the source of medical compensation is still a practical problem that restricts the mediation of hospital-patient disputes in Chongqing.The measures should be taken by strengthening the coordination among multi-subjects,perfecting the connection mechanism,establishing the performance evaluation index system of the coordinated management of doctor-patient disputes,constructing the social sharing mechanism of medical risks,making use of the positive energy of doctor-patient conflicts,and establishing the case database,etc.,establishing a more perfect mediation mechanism of doctor-patient disputes.Because of the negative harm of doctor-patient dispute,the consumption of resources and the universality of governance dilemma,the doctor-patient dispute has been upgraded from a private problem to a public problem with great social influence.To this end,the only municipality directly under the central government in the West,"Chongqing",was chosen as the research object,combining with the actual situation of hospitals in Chongqing,to reveal the universal law of medical disputes in China at present,and to find out the governance methods to deal with medical disputes,to find the right solution.The doctor-patient dispute provides the beneficial attempt for the government to carry on the reasonable function localization,to take the appropriate way to promote the public conflict the effective settlement in the new time in the social conflict.Such attempts prove that the government does not necessarily have to be at the forefront of the conflict,nor does it have to completely cede the power of conflict resolution to society in the current transitional period of social transformation,a more appropriate strategy might be for the government to take the form of backing or buying services,building a platform for conflict resolution in which the government,social organizations,businesses and even the public participate and complement each other,taking full advantage of the unique strengthsof different actors,so as to promote the effective resolution of complex public conflicts.
