| With the rapid development of China’s medical and health undertakings and the acceleration of the process of medical and health system reform,a series of problems have been exposed.The doctor-patient dispute is a typical problem in the process of medical system reform.In recent years,the number of doctor-patient disputes has also begun to surge.Violent conflicts between doctors and patients have occurred from time to time.The doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly tense.Therefore,the image of medical institutions and medical staff has been seriously damaged.At this stage,the doctor-patient dispute has become an inharmonious factor in the process of building a socialist harmonious society,and it is one of the persistent social diseases to be solved.Based on the analysis of the current situation of medical disputes,this thesis uses the social combustion theory,an important theory of social physics,as the analytical framework,and takes "combustion material","combustion supporting agent" and "ignition temperature" as the breakthrough point to deeply analyze the formation mechanism of medical disputes,and puts forward the corresponding governance plan from the aspects of reducing "combustion material",controlling "combustion supporting agent" and cutting off "ignition temperature".This paper provides a new solution to reduce all kinds of medical disputes,maintain medical social order and promote the development of medical and health undertakings. |
