In the management of modern hospitals, it is very important to establish afair, equitable, reasonable salary system. In human resource management system, asound salary management system is to attract, motivate, develop and retain talents arethe most powerful tool.The article combines Gansu Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicinein the reform of the income distribution system in the operation and implementationof salary system reform in the hospital, around the main train of thought, goal, keycontents are discussed.The article pointed out that hospital salary system includes salary system(base pay, post salary, performance pay), select the hospital staff salary situationanalysis.It summarized the reform and changing trend of income distribution,introduced the hospital salary system reform implementation and effect of the reformof the income distribution system, file spirit as the instruction, in view of the currentincome distribution system in institution reform problems, put forward theconstructive suggestions for improvement, articulating the need to focus on thinkingand countermeasures, and prospects of step performance wage system reform.
