The Central Party’s eighteen major Party Central Committee has issued a call for deepening medical reform,requirements for the establishment of the basic medical system with Chinese characteristics,start the pilot work of compensation reform in public hospitals,improving the performance appraisal system,do hard work and excellent merit pay,improving the appeal of medical personnel.Salary management is an integral part of human resource management in hospital,at present,most public hospitals in China also follow the salary management system of the institutions,it is not directly proportional to the doctor’s income,the workload and the occupational risk.This article is through the research on the present situation of the salary management in the comprehensive public hospitals in Nantong,using the questionnaire,making use of the convenience of my work,first-hand information on salary satisfaction of employees in comprehensive public hospitals in Nantong,analysis of the problems in the salary management of the hospital,and put forward suggestions for improvement.First,combined with the background of medical reform,put forward the significance of this study;Second,Introduce the theory of broadband pay and its applicability to this study;Three,according to the results of the questionnaire,combination of broadband compensation theory,construction of broadband pay system for comprehensive public hospitals in Nantong;At last,the problems of the system were found after the surgical experiment,and put forward suggestions for improvement.It is hoped that the results of this study will be of practical value to the remuneration reform of the comprehensive public hospitals in Nantong,it also provides guidance and reference for other hospitals in the transition. |
