The most important strategic resources of hospital is the intelligence which include information, knowledge, technology, creativity etc. Human resources, as the carrier, is the basis of core competition, it is the most important of developing core competence of hospital to train and develop human resources, and form mechanism to attract and detain talented person. To improve human capital value, It is necessary to motivate employees' enthusiasm, activity and creativity. A reasonable and practical easily human resource motivate mechanism should be essential. Designing on a good compensation system is the important section to set up a effective human resource incentive mechanism. Because not only is it the basis of training, recruiting, rewarding and position assign, promotion and demotion and etc, but also can improve the degree of employee's personnel satisfaction.The thesis mainly discuss how to optimize the public hospital compensation system. There is dissymmetry between high risk and low income for our medical personnel, and "gray salary" cann't prohibit. This thesis can probe and analyze the problem of the public hospital compensation system in the view of compensation system,In the basis of the contrast of public compensation system in the developed country ,It proposed that optimization design on reference of the broad band salary system. The goal to design the modern public hospital compensation system is: Through establishing and adjusting the employee compensation form, the compensation structure, the compensation level, and the compensation standard and etc, by maximum limit arouses staff's work enthusiasm and motivate creativity, and make the hospital to obtain the best benefit, ensure the public hospital's compensation to have a competitiveness in the labor market, in order to attract and stabilize talented person, at the same time through a impartial and reasonable compensation distribution system, promote the hospital development and form the hospital and the staff the interest community.The thesis is composed of 6 chapters, section one is preface, significance of choosing subject, including advancement of issue, the academic and practical significance and domestic and overseas literature summarize. and it generalize and summarize relative domestic and overseas research ,and relevant represent on compensation system in the developed country, and research method and research process section section two, the basic concepts about the salary and compensation system. generalize the definition of the salary ,contribution of the salary, and the...
