Objective:To investigate the status of self-career management and transformation shock of new nurses with master's degree;Analyze the influencing factors of career management and transformation of new nurses with master degree; On this basis, the relationship between self-career management and transition shock of new nurses with master degree is further discussed. It provides scientific basis and theoretical guidance for clinical training and application of new nurses with master degree. Methods:In this study,230 graduate students from 18 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government who met the inclusion/exclusion criteria were selected as the research objects through convenience sampling and snowball sampling. The survey tools used were: general information questionnaire,self-career management scale and nurse transition impact assessment scale.SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0 were used for statistical analysis of the data.Descriptive analysis was used for the general data, the score of the self-career management scale and the score of the transition impact scale. The influencing factors of self-career management and transformation impact were analyzed by single factor analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis.Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to study the relationship between self-career management and transition impact. The structural equation model was used to test the relationship between demographic data, career management and transition shock. Results:In this study,a total of 243 questionnaires were collected, and the remaining 230 were valid, with the effective recovery rate of 94.65%.1.General information of research objectsIn this study,a total of 230 new nurses with master's degree in 18 provinces andmunicipalities were investigated, among which the majority were women(96.96%).The average age was(26.63±3.13)years,mainly between 2530 years(57.83%).Working cities and departments are mainly concentrated in northern cities(87.40%)and clinical departments(81.30%).76.52 percent were unmarried; The majority of those with the first degree were undergraduates, accounting for 92.17%;61.30% had academic degrees.Only a few subjects(16.52%)had no clinical practice experience in school;Only 20.87% of the subjects were the only child, and most of the subjects(94.35%)had family members who supported their choice of this occupation. The results of labor and personnel relations survey showed that non-establishment(67.39%)dominated.2.Research object self-career managementThe total score of self-career management of new nurses with master degree was(47.66±7.31),and the average score of each dimension was from high to low: continuing learning(2.94±0.52),career goal(2.68±0.58),focus on relationship(2.60±0.57),self-presentation(2.54±0.63),and career exploration(2.44±0.72).The self-career management of new nurses with master's degree showed statistical differences in work department, age, gender, nursing age, degree type, clinical practice time in school, income, labor and personnel relations, professional title, family location, and whether or not to love occupation,P < 0.05.Multiple stepwise regression analysis found that department of work, age, degree type, labor and human relations, family location, whether or not to love the occupation are the influencing factors of self-career management of new nurses with master's degree.3.Impact of transformation of research objectsThe total score of transition impact of new nurses with master degree was(93.70±16.57),and the average score of each dimension was from high to low: physical(3.70±0.76),knowledge and skills(3.57±0.73),psychological(3.37±0.71),and social culture and development(3.27±0.77).The transformation impact of new nurses with master's degree has statistical differences in work department, age, nursing age, degree type, clinical practice time in school, income, labor and personnel relations, professional title, family location, and whether they love occupation,P < 0.05.Multiple stepwise regression analysis found that working department, age, degree type, clinical practice time in school, labor and human relations, whether or not to love the occupation are the influencing factors of the impact of the transformation of new nurses with master's degree.4.The relationship between self-career management and transition impactPearson correlation analysis showed that self-career management was negatively correlated with transition impact among new nurses with master's degree(r=-0.456,P <0.01).The stratified regression analysis shows that after controlling the demographic factors, the self-career management of new nurses with master's degree has a negative influence on the transition impact.Structural equation model shows that individual career management to the transformation of new nurses master degree impact has a mediating role, control of the work unit, age, degree type, labor relations, whether love after the profession and individual career management from direct negative impact to transformation effect(beta =0.10,P = 0.010),and individual career management department at work, age, degree type, labor relations, whether the impact of the transformation of professional and love relationship plays a mediating role, the mediation effect of total effect respectively 12.28%,32.20%,4.76%,11.50%,6.25%.Conclusion:(1)The score of self-career management of new nurses with master's degree is in the middle level, and the general demographic data affecting the self-career management level of new nurses with master's degree include department, age, degree type, labor and personnel relationship, family location, and love of the occupation.(2)The transformation impact score of new nurses with master's degree is above the average level.General demographic data influencing the transformation impact level of new nurses with master's degree include department, age, degree type, clinical practice time in school, labor and personnel relationship, and whether they love this occupation.(3)There was a negative correlation between self-career management and transition impact of new nurses with master's degree. The higher the level of self-career management, the lower the transition impact level.(4)Self-career management plays a partial mediating effect between the demographic factors of new nurses with master's degree and the impact of transformation.
