Reserch backgroundWith the increasing demand for health of human beings,the rapid development of world science and technology represented by life sciences has become an irresistible historical trend.At present,the innovation and development of medical science and technology in the world continue to accelerate,which puts forward new and higher requirements for the cultivation of innovative ability of medical talents.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the state fully implements the strategic layout of “Four Comprehensives"(comprehensively build a well-off society,comprehensively deepen reform,comprehensively implement the rule of law,and comprehensively strengthen Party discipline)and strategy of Innovation-Driven Development.The demand for innovative talents is more urgent.The strategy of "Healthy China" calls for more innovative medical talents.As the main front of medical talents training,the medical universities cultivate medical postgraduates,especially doctoral postgraduates,and have become an important source of talents for the sustainable development of medical research innovation in our country.PI system is an important scientific research organization management form,and its unique advantages have been proven by the practice of higher education in many developed countries.Meanwhile,it also provides a mature and reliable reference mode for the training of doctoral candidates in Chinese universities.Due to the fact that the PI system has not been introduced for a long time,especially in medical doctoral training,combined with the national conditions of our country and some reasons of the university system,there are still some problems to be further solved in the implementation of PI system.Reserch purposesTo further innovate the training mode of high-level medical talents and improve the quality of medical higher education by actively exploring and solving the innovative ability training mode of doctoral students of medical academic degree under PI system.Reserch methodsThis study is based on the analysis of the characteristics of PI system and the influence of PI system on the cultivation of innovative ability of doctoral candidates of medical academic degree.With the comprehensive use of literature research,expert interviews and the method of Delphi,the influence of PI system on the cultivation of innovative abilities of PhD students in universities was investigated on the basis of construction of the index system for cultivation of innovative ability of medical doctoral candidates in universities and colleges,the characteristics of PI system,and the weight results obtained by analytic hierarchy process as reference frame.Then,the main training mode and basic connotation of innovative ability of doctoral students of medical academic degree based on PI syste m were revealed.Finally,in view of the existing problems and challenges,the countermeasures and measures were puts forward to implement the innovative ability training mode for doctoral students of medical academic degrees based on PI system by SWOT analysis.Reserch steps and resultsThe first part is introduction,which started from the research background and put forward the purpose and significance of this research.Through specific analysis at macro and micro levels,the object and main content of the study were clarified;the concepts of PI system,doctoral students of medical academic degrees,innovation ability,training mode and SWOT analysis method were defined;and the specific research ideas,research schemes and research methods were put forward.The second chapter is about the exploration and practice of innovative ability cultivation for doctoral students of medical academic degrees based on PI system at home and abroad.This part comprehensively used the method of literature investigation.Firistly,focused on the introduction and in-depth analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of innovative ability of doctoral students of medical academic degree based on PI system in the United States which as the representative of the major developed countries in the world.Then,its main experience,practice,shortcomings,and future development trend were summarized;During the analysis of the cultivation of innovative ability of doctoral students of medical academic degree based on PI system in China,this paper introduces the cultivation of doctoral students of medical academic degree in three universities: Peking Union Medical College,Zhejiang University School of Medicine and School of Medicine Tsinghua University.The characteristics and rules of cultivating the innovative ability of doctoral students of medical academic degree in China were summarized,combining the exploration practice and successful experience of PI system at home and abroad,which provides inspiration and reference for the cultivation of innovative ability of doctoral students of medical academic degree based on PI system in China.The third chapter is the research on the influence of PI system on the cultivation of innovative ability of doctoral students of medical academic degrees in colleges and universities.Combining the methods of literature research,expert interview and on-site investigation,the scope of innovative ability training indicators of doctoral students of medical academic degree was sorted out.The method of Delphi was used to construct an indicator system for training the innovative ability of doctoral students of medical academic degrees.On this basis,the influence of PI system on innovation ability training index system of doctoral students of medical academic degrees was studied and put forward by using analytic hierarchy process.The fourth chapter is the analysis and implementation strategy of innovative ability training mode for doctoral students of medical academic degrees in Colleges and Universities based on PI system.On the basis of above researches,the main modes of innovative ability cultivation of doctoral students of medical academic degree based on PI system were summarized.Then,further in depth analyses were performed concerning the connotation of five representative training modes of innovation ability for doctoral students of medical academic degrees based on PI system.Meanwhile,SWOT analysis was also used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges faced by the cultivation of innovative ability of doctoral students of medical academic degree,and four strategies,SO,ST,WO and WT,were put forward to implement the innovation ability training mode for doctoral students of medical academic degree based on PI system.The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect of the study.The main conclusions,innovations and shortcomings of this study were summarized.Combining the development trend of science and technology in the world and the needs of innovative talents training,the direction of further research was put forward.Reserch conclusionsThrough this study,we consider that PI system is an organizational and managerial form which is very helpful to promote the cultivation of innovative ability of doctoral students of medical academic degree.The Research and exploration the training models of innovative ability for doctoral students of medical academic degrees based on PI system are of great significance to give full play to the advantages of PI system in medical personnel training and scientific and technological innovation,to explore and establish a traini ng mode conducive to high-level medical innovative talents,and to continuously improve the quality of personnel training.
