| Objective:Chinese Military hospital Shoulder the dual service functions forthe services of army and the people. The Achievement of the comprehensiveconstruction of the hospital, is directly related to the quality of services for themilitary and the people. The quality of the Discipline construction is the most important.The mode of discipline construction is not only related to the survival of the discipline, butalso to the long-term development of the discipline. This study is intend toresearch for nearly30years of successful practices of the discipline construction ofmilitary hospitals, in which, discovers the role of discipline construction modeinnovation, reveal its rules, explore suitable mode of discipline construction, guidethe military discipline construction healthy and smooth development.Methods: a) According to the research needs, access to the relevantdocuments on the construction and management of key disciplines inthe headquarters department. Consult articles on the subject construction in《the People’sLiberation Army Hospital Management Journal》 construction, made systematic and comprehensive analysis. b) method, a comprehensive study the construction anddevelopment of key disciplines by the methods of field research and discussion.c) review the history of the development of key disciplines of military hospitals, toanalyze the situation, combined with the spectrum of disease and medical needs ofthe new changes and development of modern science and technology and otherfactors, to forecast the development trend by deductive method.Results: In this study, a system of in-depth study was made on disciplineconstruction pattern and development trend of Chinese military hospital, Firstproposed the10modes of discipline construction, that is University Medical binding mode,Courtyard house mode, Commonwealth mode, Dumbbell model, Integrated mode,Difference mode, Chinese and Western medicine Integrative model, Ecological model,Technical link mode, Special disease model，And to reveal the formation of the law byspecific examples.Discussion: This study reveals military hospitals subject innovation is moving towardsthe development of road on which diversity in mode, form the multidisciplinaryteams, support a full range of equipment and facilities the by a large number of examples.The appropriate choice of subject construction, the development of practical disciplineconstruction plans, the appropriate choice of development path, and other initiatives wereparticular important on the military hospital disciplines construction. This study has veryimportant realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance for guiding thesmooth development of the discipline construction, improving the quality of medicalcare and hospital efficiency. |
