ObjectivesThe purpose of this paper is to learn the status and training programs of the regular connection between education about PhD candidate in clinical medicine and the standardized training of specialists.It also can provide reference for the reform of the regular connection between education about PhD candidate in clinical medicine and the standardized training of specialists.Methods1.Document Analysis Method:Consult the relevant documents at home and abroad,and the present situation of physicians training at home and abroad,as well as the current situation of medical education reform in China,and the reform experience in the pilot provinces to carry out the reform of combination of education for postgraduate students with doctorate degree in clinical medicine and the standardized training for specialists2.Interview Method:Through the semi-structured in-depth interview method,we can understand the current situation of reform in the reform region and the views of medical students,teachers,clinical instructors,and medical education administrators on the combination training.3.Questionnaire Method:To investigate the cognition,identification and related suggestions of 2374 medical students in 17 universities in 7 regions in China4.Delphi method:Questionnaires were distributed to authoritative experts in related fields.After two rounds of consultation,according to the results of statistical significance of experts,the main contents of training program of standardized training for clinical doctors and specialist were formed.Results1.A survey of the cognitive status of the regular connection between education about PhD candidate in clinical medicine and the fellowship shows that 99 people have a good understanding of the policy(4.2%),1494 people know it generally(63.1%).It is clear that the degree of understanding is lower than the policy of the fellowship.43 percent of people are in support.The degree of support is higher than the policy of the fellowship.Medical students and fellows are the most concerned about treatment,training advantages and personnel policies.Our hospital has not paid more attention to the learning ability and scientific research ability of medical students.2.After two rounds of expert consultation,the training framework is highly practicable,which can be used for reference in the reform of universities or national level in the future.Conclusions1.the cognitive level of medical students' training mode should be improved.We should use network platform to widen channels and improve the efficiency of policy propaganda.The support degree of medical students to the merging training mode is higher than that of the specialized training system.Medical students can basically recognize the advantages and significance of the training mode.The demand for medical students to reform and reform is mainly in clinical operation ability.We should enhance the attraction of incentive policies and take the special training certificate as the requirement for the evaluation of professional titles.Medical students are worried about the combination of training mode,treatment,quality and no obvious advantages after training.2.the training framework obtained after two rounds of expert consultation is highly practicable.The framework of merging training mode is reasonable and scientific.A systematic training plan was established,and the key factors affecting the training of merging were analyzed,and suggestions were put forward.It can be used for reference in the future reform of universities or national level.
