Objective:To investigate the changes of quality of life and depression status in patients with diabetic foot(DM),and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide evidence for improving the quality of Life and mental state of the patients in clinic.Methods:To collect the general information of 62 diabetic foot patients who were admitted to the vascular surgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from February 2018 to October 2018,including age,sex,education,annual family income,and BMI,smoking and drinking,Wagner grade,underlying disease,delayed visit time;examination,inspection index and treatment,including triglyceride,uric acid,glycosylated hemoglobin,debridement,endovascular treatment,amputation of toe/ limb,ulcer improvement,etc.The quality of Life and depression status were evaluated by WHOQOL-BREF and SDS scales at admission,1 month after discharge,3 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge.Grouping according to the improvement of WHOQOL-BREF score and SDS score,the relationship between quality of life(QOL)and depression status and the above factors were analyzed,and the influencing factors of The quality of Life and depression status in Type ? Diabetic foot patients were discussed.Results:The quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF)and depression status(SDS)were improved in type ? diabetic foot patients after discharge,especially at 6 months after discharge.The factors influencing the quality of life of Type ? diabetic foot patients were Wagner grade,body mass index(BMI),endovascular treatment and depression.Factors affecting depression in Type ? diabetic foot patients were hemoglobinemia,amputation of toe/limb and BMI.Conclusions:The quality of life of patients with Type ? diabetic foot was significantly better than that of the patients who were 6 months after discharge from hospital and taken comprehensive treatment,and the depression stat-us was better than that at admission.Wagner grade and BMI were negative correlation factors of The quality of life in Type ? diabetic foot patients.Endovascular treatment and depression status were positive correlation factors of Th-e quality of life in Type ? diabetic foot patients.Glycosylated hemoglobin,amputated toe/limb and BMI were all negative correlation factors of depression status in Type ? diabetic foot patients.
