Objective:According the research of natural conditions, biological factors and psychosocial factors of Type 2 diabetic foot patients, discuss patients with type 2 diabetes foot merger depressive disorders, influence factors and the incidence of depressive disorders severity and type 2 diabetes foot the severity of the relationship. Methods:Select 242 patients in hospital diagnosed with type 2 diabetes foot patients as the research object, which in patients admitted to assess natural conditions in general (such as age, gender, education, marriage status,at the same time, record) patients biological factors (fasting glucose and 2-hr plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin, diabetic foot of diabetic nephropathy, without diabetic retinopathy), And the Social Support Rating Scale(Rating Scale, the Social reality of SSRS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale, (Hamilton Anxiety Scale, HAMA 14 edition), simple Mental State Examination (Mini-State Examination,MMSE) were evaluated for the patient,According to the method of diabetic foot into Wagner be 0-5.1. According to ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for organic disease patients with depression in patients at admission was subjects were divided into two groups:67 patients with depressive disorder group,175 patients without depressive disorder group, while the Hamilton depression group depression scale(Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression, HAMD 17 edition), Compare two sets of patients in the natural condition, biology and the differences between the psychological and social factors.2. The above natural conditions, biological factors and psychosocial factors had significant differences in the factors from the independent variables, with diabetic foot patients with depression as the dependent variable multivariate analysis, many factors analysis of type 2 diabetes foot merger depressive disorders may risk factors.3. The depression group Hamilton depression scale(Hamilton Depre-ssion Scale for HAMD,17,according to the evaluation version) evaluation, according to evaluation results, the severity of depression into mild, moderate and severe grade 3;the severity of depression Classification of diabetic foot rank correlation analysis conducted to understand the severity of depression and severity of type 2 diabetic foot relevance.Results:1. Depressive disorder group and the no depression group of single factor comparison shows:the two groups in age, fasting glucose, postprandial 2 hour blood glucose,Glycated hemoglobin, duration of diabetic foot, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy,HAMA scores, body anxiety scores, spirit of the anxiety scores,SSRS scores were significantly different.2. Multivariate analysis showed:fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, duration of diabetic foot, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy,HAMA scores,SSRS score of risk factors related to depression.3. Rank correlation analysis:the severity of depression and severity of type 2 diabetic foot were significantly positive correlated.Conclusion:1.In patients with type 2 diabetes foot for:the prealence of depression is significantly higher than the general population,27.7%.2.Patients with type 2 diabetes foot and the occurrence of depression in older patients, high fasting glucose, postprandial blood glucose levels 2 hours high, hemoglob in value of high-related;and diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy-related; and anxiety, somatic anxiety, severity of mental anxiety; and the poor level of social support. Of which:the higher fasting glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels higher glycosy-lated hemoglobin values, the more prone to depression; diabetic foot longer duration, the more prone to depression; with diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy, more prone to depression; more severe anxiety, the more prone to depression; less social support, the more prone to depression.3.Depression severity and type 2 diabetes was positively correlated with the severity of foot.
