ObjectiveAs the prevalence of diabetic foot increases, more and more patients require surgical treatment, especially minor amputation surgery. In this study, the quality of life(QOL)of diabetic foot patients in Chenzhou area was investigated, and the influencing factors of QOL were analyzed, which provided data reference for the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot.MethodsThis study collected patients with diabetic foot in the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery of the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou City from January 1,2016 to December 31,2017.At last,105 patients with diabetic foot were studied. The Chinese version of SF-36 scale was used as a tool to measure the quality of life.105 patients were followed up in the form of questionnaire. To analyze the overall quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with diabetic foot after operation, and to compare the quality of life between minor amputation and non-amputation of diabetic foot.In this study, the SF-36 scale was scored by percentile system, and the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software. The mean ±standard deviation is used for the measurement data, and the counting data is expressed as frequency.Independent sample t test was used for group comparison satisfying normal and variance homogeneity, nonparametric rank sum test was used for unsatisfied group,chi-square test was used for disordered counting data, and nonparametric rank sum test was used for single group ordered grade data.Univariate analysis was used to study the effect of each factor on postoperative HRQoL in patients with DF.Multiple linear regression analysis of meaningful variables was carried out.P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results1.To analyze the influencing factors of the general evaluation of physical component summary and mental component summary of diabetic foot patients after operation. The results showed that age, educational level, living environment, glycosylated hemoglobin,Wagner grade and diabetic lower extremity arterial disease had independent effects on physical component summary(p > 0.05).It can be considered that the physical component summary of age(age)< 60 years is higher than that of age ? 60 years old.The general evaluation of physical component summary at and above the educational level of junior middle school is higher than that of junior middle school and below.Living environment is the general evaluation of physical component summary in cities and towns is higher than that in rural areas. The total score of physical component summary with HbA1 c < 7.0% was higher than that of ? 7.0%.The general assessment of physical component summary in patients without diabetic lower extremity vascular disease was higher than that in diabetic lower extremity vascular disease. The total physical component summary score of Wagner grade ? 2 was higher than that of Wagner grade ? 3.Educational level and living environment had an independent effect on mental component summary(P < 0.05).It can be considered that the general mental component summary of junior high school and above education level is higher than that of junior middle school and below, and the living environment is higher than that of rural mental component summary.2.There was no significant difference in the scores of eight dimensions of sf-36 scale between the non-amputation group and the minor amputation group of patients with diabetic foot.At the same time, there was no significant difference in physical component summary and mental component summary between the two groups(p > 0.05).Conclusion1.The quality of life of diabetic foot patients after operation is low,so it is necessary to pay more attention to the quality of life.In addition to the rescue of patients' limbs,it is also necessary to intervene from many aspects, such as health education, social psychology and so on.2.Compared with non-amputation,minor amputation may not be the influencing factor of poor quality of life in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Minor amputation is also a feasible treatment when limb function cannot be saved.
