Research On The Promotion Of Humanistic Literacy Of Medical Students By Voluntory Service

At present,the relationship between doctors and patients is tense in China,and the incidents of violence against doctors occur once in a while.With the progress of science and technology as well as the development of market economy,more and more patients have put emphasis upon their legal rights and health.According to the survey,the humanistic literacy of medical personnel has become the main factor influencing the doctor-patient relationship.Medical students are the reserve force of Chinese medical industry who act as the main force to build harmonious doctor-patient relation.With volunteer service as the carrier,we seek the value commonality between voluntary service and humanistic literacy among medical students.This paper aims to analyze the difficulties and causes of voluntary service in the process of medical students' humanistic literacy cultivation and construct the way of fusion of them.To improve medical students' humanities accomplishment,this paper conducts research on voluntary service and humanities accomplishment,and takes medical students as the research object.It will provide a way for medical students to integrate humanistic literacy and voluntary service,and aim at cultivating comprehensive medical talents with both ability and political integrity.In the process of research,this paper adheres to the scientific guidance of Marxism,and insists on using Marx's standpoint,viewpoint and methods to analyze problems.Based on analysis of statistical analysis and qualitative analysis in quantitative research,the medical students who study in five representative medical universities in Guangdong province which are full-time undergraduate institutions and the cultivation of humanistic education conforms to relevant regulations are selected as the target of the investigation and interview.By using the combining method of statistical analysis and generic analysis,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation,existing difficulties and causes of medical students' humanistic literacy and voluntary service integration,which has important guiding value for further integrating the two strategies.Through the rooting theory to establish a link between the concepts,Currently,voluntary service to improve literacy of medical students reflects that there have some problems,such as Medical students are weak in humanistic emotion.,Medical students lack humanistic literacy,Medical students have a narrow path to improve their humanistic literacy,The evaluation mechanism of college medical students'humanistic practice volunteer service is inperfect.The combination of volunteer service and humanistic quality in four aspects:It is necessary to enrich the humanistic knowledge of medical students by broadening the practice channels of humanistic education.It is reasonable to plan that path of volunteerism and cultivate the humanistic spirit of medical student.To set up a regular voluntary service platform,to standardize medical student behavior.Based on the volunteer service,it provides reference for improving the humanistic Literacy of medical students.
