Since the 20th century, the incidence of the non-infectious diseases such as psychiatric disorders, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases increased gradually which were caused by society, psychology, emotion, and environment. "Health" is no longer defined to the body's disease-free status. With the medical model turn to "biology - psychology - society" model, it is stricter for the quality of health personnel, especially the humanistic qualities. Medical education should conform to the requirements of the social development; enhance the humanities quality of medical students. It is not only study scientific knowledge but also the humanities knowledge the medical students should study. The humanities of Medical implies that it is necessary for medical personnel not only the scientific knowledge and medical skills but also the high humanistic quality. Be the mainstay for future medical research and clinical work, medical students must have excellent professional skills and must think from different angles such as the medical, social, moral and ethical issues. The relationship between physicians and patients is tenser now. The main reason is the lack of proper understanding and adequate attention for human spirit and the neglect of the cultivation of humanistic quality. Many physicians can not accurately grasp the essence of "people-oriented". Therefore, it is essential to culture qualification talented man. We must change the concept of medical education and reform the traditional model of medical personnel training.As the guide for he healthy development of undergraduate student,college instructors assume the responsibility about the ideological and political education of university students, quality education, daily behavior management, employment guidance and services, mental health education and counseling, life counseling work. College instructors play an important role in the humanities quality education of medical students and have a special status in the mind of medical students. The moral character of instructors will impact on the future practice patterns of students.At present, many researches focus on the effect of the harmonious campus culture on the humanistic quality of medical students. It is very few on effect of the relationships between college instructors and medical students. In view of the importance of the relationships between college instructors and medical students, this study was designed to investigate the relationship between teachers and students and designed to explore the effect of the relationships between college instructors and medical students on the humanistic quality of medical student. It may provide references for medical students'education.
