As China's population aging and the demand for aged care services become more and more serious,the construction and improvement of the medical-nursing combined care mode is extremely urgent.At present,China's medical-nursing combined care mode is still in the stage of exploration and initiation.Therefore,the resources of medical-nursing combined pension institutions are scarce.The most prominent problem is the problem of medical-nursing combined caregivers.At present,the medical-nursing combined caregivers in China generally have poor overall quality,low professional skills and low remuneration.Therefore,it lacks professional appeal and the brain drain rate is high.Based on the above background,this paper takes Wuhan as an example,selects four representative medical-nursing combined pension institutions,conducts a questionnaire survey,and combines literature research methods,in-depth interviews and other methods to Wuhan City.Based on the current situation of the professional quality,evaluation system and training of the nursing caregivers team in the medical-nursing combined pension institutions,the problems and causes of the problems were analyzed.Through investigation,it is found that the construction of the nursing caregivers team of most medical-nursing combined pension institutions is very difficult.The main problems are:the structure of the nursing caregivers team is not reasonable,the professional quality of the nursing caregivers needs to be improved,and The level of welfare benefits for nursing caregivers is low,the evaluation system for nursing caregivers is imperfect,and the nursing caregivers lack systematic training.In response to these problems,this paper proposes to formulate scientific medical-nursing talent planning,improve the professional quality of medical-nursing combined caregivers,improve the salary of medical-nursing combined caregivers,improve the evaluation system and incentive mechanism of medical-nursing combined caregivers,increase the professional training of medical-nursing combined caregivers,aim to build a team of professional nursing caregivers with sufficient quantity,excellent service quality and high professional skill level,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the medical-nursing combined services.
