Clinical Observation On Effect Of Guishao Dihuang Decoction Combined With Conbercept In Treating WAMD And Study On Serum TLR3 Expression

Purpose:Guishao Dihuang Decoction combined with Conbercept and pure Conbercept were used to treat patients with liver and kidney deficiency type wAMD.The clinical efficacy,serum TLR3 expression level and clinical syndrome score of TCM were compared between the two groups.To explore the mechanism of Guishao Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of wAMD and to find new ideas for the treatment of wAMD.Method:A total of 60 patients with deficiency of liver and kidney wAMD were collected from the ophthalmology department of fujian university of traditional chinese medicine.The patients were randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group,and the control group was treated with Conbercept alone.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Guishao Dihuang Decoction to observe the changes of BCVA,fundus hemorrhage,exudation,CNV leakage area,CMT and total therapeutic effect before and after treatment.Result:1.The two groups of patients before treatment had no statistically significant difference in the data of each index in terms of gender,age,BCVA,CMT,serum TLR3 expression levels,and TCM clinical syndrome scores(P>0.05).The data are comparable.2.Clinical efficacy analysis:BCVA of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);BCVA of the treatment group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,eyeground hemorrhage and exudation of the treatment group were better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);CMT of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment After treatment,CMT in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01);CNV leakage in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group were 90.2% and80.5% respectively,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of serum TLR3 level:after treatment,the serum TLR3 level of the two groups decreased more significantly than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Comparison of TCM clinical syndrome scores:After treatment,the clinical syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the treatment group was more significant;after treatment,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Compared with pure Conbercept therapy,Guishao Dihuang Decoction combined with compaipip therapy is more effective in treating liver-kidney deficiency type wAMD,which can better improve BCVA of patients,promote fundus hemorrhage and exudate absorption,reduce CMT and improve CNV leakage.2.Compared with the pure Conbercept therapy,the combined effects of the Guishao Dihuang decoction and the compaipip therapy in improving the clinical symptoms of liver and kidney deficiency and reducing the serum TLR3 level in wAMD patients are more obvious.The decrease may be a treatment for wAMD by reducing serum TLR3 levels.
