Clinical Observation Of Bu Gan Yi Shen Decoction Combined With Conbercept In The Treatment Of Exudative Age-related Macular Degeneration With The Type Of Deficiency Of Both Vital Liver And Kidney

Objective: To observe and evaluate the safety of the clinical effect of Bu Gan Yi Shen Decoction combined with Anti angiogenic agents of conbercept on the the type of deficiency of both vital liver and kidney of wet age-related macular degeneration patients.Methods: There are 40 patients with wet age-related macular degeneration patients who were enrolled and treated in our hospital,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were randomized divided into the control group and the treated group that both had 20 patients,the control group of patients that used intracavitary injection with conbercept treatment,the treated group of patients that used the Bu Gan Yi Shen Decoction and what the other group used.Then evaluated and compared the results of vision and macular thickness,retinal vascular conditions,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores after the treatment by fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)and optical coherence tomography(OCT).Results: The total effectiverate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was 80% in the treated group and in the control group it was 30%.The difference of the two groups was significant(P < 0.05).The vision and macular thickness,retinal vascular conditions and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were improved in the treated group after treatment(P< 0.05).And compared with the control group,there was an significant difference in efficacy(P< 0.05).Conclusions: Bu Gan Yi Shen Decoction combined with Anti angiogenic agents of conbercept has a significant clinical curative effect on the treatment of age-related macular degeneration disease with type of deficiency of both vital liver and kidney.
