The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Yin Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Of Senile Pruritus By Shouwu Dihuang Decoction Modified

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and pharmacological mechanism of Shouwu Dihuang decoction Modified in patients with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney of Senile Pruritus.Methods:70patients with Senile Pruritus were divided into two groups randomly,treatment group and controlled group.The treatment one oral the Shouwu Dihuang decoction Modified,the controlled one oral Epinastine Hydrochloride Tablets.We observed four weeks and recorded of changes in itching and skin lesions weekly.Results:After4weeks,observe the clinical efficacy.In treatment group which had34cases,clinical cure results had been achieve in12cases, Significant effective results in11cases and effective results in6cases,while noneffective results in5cases,the efficiency was85.29%. In controlled group which had32cases,clinical cure results had been achieve in6cases, Significant effective results in6cases and effective results in9cases,while noneffective results in11cases, the efficiency was65.63%. After statistics inspection, p<0.05,the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group, and the remote effect has good curative effect.3patients happened adverse reactions in the control group, the rate was9.38%, the treatment group with no adverse reaction.Conclusions:Using Shouwu Dihuang decoction Modified had the more prominent benefit in patients with Senile Pruritus (Yin deficiency of liver and kidney) than the controlled group.The mechanisms that may improve the patient from sebaceous glands function and regulation of the immune function of the patients with and play a role.
