Qiju Dihuang Decoction Combined With Artificial Tears In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Of Dry Eye Clinical Observation

Purpose: The research of clinical effect for Liver and kidney Yin deficiency type of dry eye of Qiju di huang decoction with sodium hyaluronate.Method: The research are 96 patients of Liver and Kidney dry eye who diagnosed by Affiliated Hospital eye clinic of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jan.2015 to Dec.2015.These patients are randomly grouped to experimental group and contrast group.Qijudihuang soup is the main medicine in experimental group,and adjust the taking amount of suop with sodium hyaluronate eye drops used in eyes.the contrast group only use sodium hyaluronate eye drops in eyes.Both groups are 10 days as a course of treatment,and the total treatment time are 3 courses of treatment.We detailly recorded the ST,BUT,each check item of FL and OSDI before and after the treatment,and then analysis these data.We take questionnaire by telephone after treatment at the second month and the forth month to take OSDI data,and through the data to get curative effect which is better.Result: 1.Each check item of the experimental group is better than contrast group by comparing the ST,BUT,and FL before and after the treatment and the differences with statistical significance(P<0.01).We found experimental group of ST and BUT(P<0.05)in improving patients are better than contrast group by comparing the ST,BUT before and after the treatment,but FL(P=0.63)has no visible difference.2.Record the OSDI data of two groups in different time and compare the OSDI integration of before and after the treatment,the two groups have visible difference(P<0.01).To compare the OSDI integration of two groups with before treatment after treatment at the second month and the forth month,we found the difference is visible(P<0.01)which is can prove the two methods can Consolidate curative effect in the short term.To compare after treatment at the second month and the forth month of contrast group the difference is-5.38 and the p is 0.03 and the differences with statistical significance which can prove the curative effect after treatment at the second month is better than after treatment at the forth month.The curative effect after treatment at the forth month is reduced.To compare after treatment at the second month and the forth month of experimental group,the p is0.58 and the difference has no statistical significance which can prove the curative effecthas no visible difference between after treatment at the second month and the forth month.3.the total effective rate is 89.58% of experimental group and the total effective rate is70.83% of contrast group.The PearsonX2=5.32,P=0.021 through X2 check which is less than0.05 and the differences with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.This Clinical research can prove Qiju di huang with sodium hyaluronate eye or only use Sodium hyaluronate eye,each one can cure Liver and kidney Yin deficiency type of dry eye effectively.Both of them can increase SIT,extended BUT,improve FL and ease the Symptoms of ocular surface and relative general symptoms in different degrees.and the experimental group is better than contrast group in SIT,BUT and OSDI.2.To compare the OSID integration between two groups in different time,we can prove that the Consolidate curative effect is lasting in short time for curing Dry eye of Qijudihuang with sodium hyaluronate eye.3.The Treatment efficiency of experimental group is better than contrast group in curing Liver and kidney Yin deficiency type of dry eye,which can prove that Qijudihuang with sodium hyaluronate to cure Liver and kidney Yin deficiency type of dry eye has Clinical popularization value.
