Clinical Observation Of Xuanbi Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Hip Synovitis In Children With Damp-Heat Resistance Type

Objective: Based on the clinical observation of Xuanbi Decoction in the treatment of children with acute hip synovitis(damp-heat resistance type),the clinical efficacy is summarized,which provides a clinical basis for the prescription to treat children with acute hip synovitis and its further development.TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment plan for children with acute hip synovitis provides clinical reference.Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,according to the established criteria,60 cases of children with acute hip synovitis admitted to the orthopedic clinic of our hospital were screened according to the established criteria.According to the randomization method,they were divided into a control group and a test.group.The control group was given basic treatments such as bed rest,immobilization,and skin traction of the affected limb.The experimental group was given oral Chinese medicine on the basis of treatment: Xuanbi Decoction(1 package for 2 sachets,120 ml each,divided into 1 day for breakfast and dinner)Pre-warm service),both groups take 3 weeks as a course of treatment,observe the clinical symptoms of children in the two groups after treatment,and evaluate with Wong-Baker facial expression pain assessment method and percent 5 rating method;ultrasound examination before and after treatment to record changes in the volume of hip fluid;according to the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms Diagnosis and Efficacy Standards" promulgated by the Department of Medical Affairs of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the two groups were evaluated after 6,9,12,15,18,and 21 days of treatment.Efficacy,observe recurrence 2 months after stopping treatment.Synthesize each observation index,carry out statistical analysis,and draw conclusions.Results:1.There was no significant difference in t-test between the two groups of patients on general information such as age and course of disease(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender and hip information(P>0.05).Before treatment,the two groups of patients were graded 5 grades,and there was no significant difference in rank sum test(P>0.05).Before treatment,the Wong-Baker pain score and the amount of hip effusion were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).2.After treatment,the Wong-Baker pain scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant through the rank sum test(P <0.05),indicating that both groups can relieve the pain of damp-heat resistance type ATSH.However,Xuanbi Decoction combined with basic treatment is more effective in relieving pain,so Xuanbi Decoction addition and subtraction is effective in reducing pain in children with damp-heat resistance type ATSH.3.Level 5 evaluation comparison between the two groups of patients.With the continuous progress of treatment,the symptoms of children gradually improved,and the cure rate also increased.The rank sum test was used to compare the 6,9,12,15,18,21 The difference in curative effect after day is statistically significant(P>0.05),and the curative effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.4.Comparison of the volume of hip effusion after B-ultrasound examination between the two groups of patients was statistically significant after rank sum test(P>0.05),indicating thatboth methods can reduce the volume of hip effusion in children with ATSH.However,Xuanbi Decoction combined with basic treatment is more effective in reducing the amount of hip effusion,so Xuanbi Decoction is effective in reducing the amount of hip effusion in children with damp-heat resistance.5.The curative effect of the two groups of patients after 6,9,12,15,18,and 21 days was evaluated according to the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Disease Diagnostic and Effectiveness Standards" promulgated by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The difference in curative effect at 9,12,15,18,and 21 days was statistically significant((P>0.05),and the curative effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.6.Two months after treatment,the cured children were observed in the two groups.There was no recurrence in the treatment group and one in the control group.Conclusion: The clinical effect of Xuanbi Decoction in the treatment of children with acute hip synovitis(damp heat resistance type)is clear,and it can quickly improve the clinical symptoms of children.
