Curative Effect Of Xiaochaihu With Combined Shangjiao Xuanbi Decoction On Qiyu Damp-heat Type Gastroesophageal Reflux

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Chaihutanghe in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease with hygrothermal hysteresis.Methods:Sixty patients with GERD of Qi stagnation and damp-heat blockade were selected from the outpatient and inpatient department of Spleen and Stomach Disease,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to June 2018.Those who met the criteria of Western medicine were randomly divided into groups and numbered according to the order of visits,1,3,5...In the treatment group,2,4,6...In the treatment group.Treatment group: on the basis of Rabepra sitting enteric-coated tablets(Jiangsu Hausen Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Chinese medicine standard word H20020330),add one dose daily(Bupleurum chinense lOg,Scutellaria baicalensis lOg,Pinellia ternata 10 g,ginger3 tablets,Codonopsis pilosula 10 g,Licorice 6g,Tulip 10 g,Loquat leaf15 g,Tongcao 8g).It is provided by Jiangxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription granules,oral prescription granules of 9points and 15 points per day,with 15 points.0 ml boiling water flushing suit.Control group: Rabeprazole enteric-coated tablets 20 mg,once a day.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results:At the end of the course,the data were statistically analyzed and the following results were obtained:1 The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33 %,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67 %.The treatment group was significantly more effective than the control group(P & lt;0.05).Differences are significant.2 From the perspective of improving the condition of the patient after treatment,the treatment group was efficient at 93.3 %;The control group had an effective rate of 76.7 %.After statistical treatment,the difference in efficacy is statistically significant(P & lt;0.05).Therefore,this study uses Xiaochaihuhe Xuanbi decoction to treat reflux esophagitis with hysteresis,dampness,heat,and closure.Conclusion:For this study,the tutor used Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Jiao Xuanbi Decoction to treat GERD patients with Qi stagnation,dampness and heat blockade,and there are more GERD patients with this syndrome,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
