The Clinical Research On Modified Xuan Bi Decoction Combined With Pricking Cupping Treating With Accumulated Damp-Heat Type Of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Background: To evaluate the clinical effect of Xuanbi Tongwei combined with pricking and cupping therapy on acute gouty arthritis(damp-heat accumulation type)and analyze its advantages,and provide reference for clinical application.Methods: On the premise of diet intervention,we applied 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated with the oral Xuanbi decoction combined with Pricking cupping therapy,the control group was treated with the oral Celecoxib Capsule,40 patients in each group with seven days as a course of treatment.Recorded the clinical symptoms scores,TCM syndrome score,ESR,C-reactive protein and serum uric acid level of the two groups before and after treatment,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the oral xuanbi decoction combined with Pricking Blood therapy on acute gouty arthritis.Resuls:(1)In terms of immediate analgesic effect,the immediate effective rate of the control group was 45.00%,and the immediate effective rate of the treatment group was 72.50%.compared with the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)There was no statistic difference in comparing the clinical symptom scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were improved and the treatment group was better than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the ESR and C reactive protein of the two groups were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the ESR and C reactive protein of the two groups were compared,the improvement degree of the treatment group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in serum uric acid levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum uric acid levels decreased in both groups(P<0.05),the decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,while the oral celecoxib capsule in the control group had no effect on reducing uric acid,considering the correlation with the control of basic factors.(6)After the treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.50% and 81.50%,respectively,which achieved certain effect with remarkable difference(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.Xuan bi Decoction combined with Pricking cupping therapy can obviously improve the pain,swelling and joint function of patients with acute gouty arthritis,and reduce he ESR and C reactive protein.The therapeutic effect is better than oral Celecoxib Capsule.2.Xuanbi Decoction combined with Pricking cupping therapy can reducing the level of uric acid in patients with acute gouty arthritis.It has no toxic or side effects,safe and reliable.
