| Purpose:To observes clinical effect of Xuanbi decoction addition and subtraction against rheumatic arthritis(accumulated damp-heat type)by observing changes the various indexes before and after treatment.To discuss and analysis the efficacy and security related to clinical.Methods:40 patients were up to of diagnostic crieria of rheumatoid arthritis of accumulated damp-heat type of TCM standards.Using Xuanbi decoction addition and subtraction to treat 40 patients for 4 weeks,collected changes date of TCM syndromes integral,recording the change of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome and safety index between of RA before and after treatment.we could investigate clinical effectiveness of Xuanbi decoction addition and subtraction against rheumatic arthritis.Result:1.Compared with before treatment,Xuanbi decoction addition and subtraction against rheumatic arthritis of accumulated damp-heat type,and getting the result of total effective rate was 87.5% according to the TCM syndromes integral after 4 weeks treatment.2.Compared with before treatment,Xuanbi decoction addition and subtraction can down-regulate the rheumatoid factor level,C reactive protein and DAS28 score of rheumatic arthritis of accumulated damp-heat type,which was also statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with before treatment,Xuanbi decoction addition and subtraction can reduce the TCM syndromes score of rheumatic arthritis of accumulated damp-heat type,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Compared with before treatment,Xuanbi decoction addition and subtraction can effective remission and elimination of the patients joints pain,morning stiffness and other symptoms of rheumatic arthritis of accumulated damp-heat type,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanbi decoction addition and subtraction can significantly improve the patients clinical symptoms and reduce the rheumatoid factor level,C reactive protein,DAS28 score of the accumulated damp-heat type of rheumatic arthritis. |
