| PurposeResearch of Compound Rhizoma imperatae granule in the treatment of children with transient synovitis of the hip clinical efficacy, analysis of its effectiveness, reduce childhood hip synovitis of the recurrence frequency factor, for the treatment of Chinese medicine in children with transient synovitis of the hip provide a clinical program.MethodThis study used a prospective study method,100cases of damp heat type in children with transient synovitis of the hip were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group (basic treatment+Compound Rhizoma imperatae particle group) in50cases, control group (basic treatment+placebo group) in50cases. The two groups were observed during treatment (1,2,4weeks) and follow-up, treatment in the two groups were observed in first,2,4weeks in children with hip pain, range of motion, ADL ability, recurrence rate index, B ultrasound examination for TCM symptoms, according to the national standard for evaluation of curative effect evaluation of efficiency, the above data statistical analysis method.ResultThe treatment group and the control group with hip pain, range of motion, ADL, B ultrasound examination results, capacity efficiency compared with statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group was superior to control group.4weeks after the end of treatment, the treatment group2.1%recurrence rate, control group13.2%recurrence rate. The treatment group the recurrence rate lower than the control group, but there is statistical significance.Conclusion Of Compound Rhizoma imperatae granule in the treatment of damp heat type in children with transient synovitis of the hip can improve curative effect is clear, early hip pain, limited joint mobility, reduce joint synovial effusion and swelling. The Compound Rhizoma imperatae granule in the treatment of damp heat type in children with transient synovitis of the hip, can significantly reduce the rate of recurrence. |
