ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of penetrating needling therapy combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of blood stasis block type, and to explore a more effective treatment method for knee osteoarthritis of blood stasis block type.MethodsFrom January 2019 to December 2019,a total of 62 patients with knee osteoarthritis of blood stasis block type who were admitted to the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of our hospital and were diagnosed with joint effusion were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with penetrating puncture therapy of inner and outer knee eyes combined with electroacupuncture for 15 consecutive days as a course of treatment, with 5 days rest after each course of treatment, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after 2 courses of treatment. The control group was given intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate, once every 7 days and once every 5 weeks as a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after one course of treatment. The improvement and difference of WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index Score Scale,VAS Scale,TCM Symptom Score Scale and suprapatellar bursa effusion volume before and after treatment were observed to analyze and evaluate whether there were statistical differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups. All data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 20.0 software.Rusults1.There were no significant differences between the two groups in TCM symptom score scale,VAS pain scale,WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index score scale and suprapatellar bursa effusion volume before treatment(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.01);after treatment, the improvement degree of TCM symptom scores of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);3.VAS Pain Scale Comparison: The VAS Pain Scale scores of the two groups were significantly lower after the end of treatment than before treatment(P<0.01);after the end of treatment, the VAS Pain Scale scores of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);4.WOMAC After the treatment, the pain score, stiffness score, activity function score and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.01);after the treatment, the improvement of pain score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the improvement of stiffness, activity function score and total score of the observation group was better than that of the control group The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)5.Comparison of suprapatellar bursa effusion: after treatment, suprapatellar bursa effusion was significantly lower in both groups than before treatment(P<0.01);after treatment, the improvement degree of suprapatellar bursa effusion in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);6.Clinical efficacy evaluation: the total effective rate of the observation group was86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.86%.Compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Through needling therapy combined with electroacupuncture and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can effectively reduce the scores of TCM symptom integral scale,VAS pain scale,WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index scale and the amount of hydrops in the suprapatellar capsule.2.The therapeutic effect of penetrating needling therapy combined with electroacup uncture is better than that of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.
