Clinical Comparative Research On Two Different Electroacupuncture Waveform Treatments Of Knee Osteoarthritis Of Blood Stasis Type

Objective By comparing the efficacy of two waveforms of electroacupuncture dense-sparse wave and electroacupuncture continuous wave,the researcher tries to explore the more effective treatments of electroacupuncture of knee osteoarthritis of blood stasis type.Methods 64 collected cases of knee osteoarthritis of blood stasis type in the outpatient department were randomly divided into two groups,that is,Dense-sparse Wave Group and Continuous Wave Group,32 cases in each group.Dense-sparse Wave Group:acupuncture point:EX-LE4,ST35,EX-LE2,SP10,ST34,ST36,SP9,GB34,needle warming moxibustion point:EX-LE4,ST35,ST36,electroacupuncture point:EX-LE4,ST35,electroacupuncture waveform:dense-sparse wave,course:2 courses;Continuous Wave Group:acupuncture point,needle warming moxibustion point,electroacupuncture point,course was as same as Dense-spars Wave Group,but electroacupuncture waveform was continuous wave.Before the treatment and after 2 courses of the treatment,the evaluation of the symptoms score,pain score,IKDC score and color Doppler ultrasound to detect the volume of suprapatellar bursa effusion were separately carried out.All the data were collected from the above procedures,which were compared balance,effectiveness,difference and analyzed correlation through IBM SPSS 22.0.Results Two treatments can both significantly reduce patients' symptoms score(P<0.05),and Dense-sparse Wave Group is better than Continuous Wave Group(P<0.05).Two treatments can both significantly reduce patients' pain score(P<0.05),and Dense-sparse Wave Group is better than Continuous Wave Group(P<0.05).Two treatments can both significantly improve patients' IKDC score(P<0.05),and Dense-sparse Wave Group is better than Continuous Wave Group(P<0.05).Two treatments can both significantly reduce the volume of suprapatellar bursa effusion(P<0.05),and Dense-sparse Wave Group is better than Continuous Wave Group(P<0.05).The scores of two treatments before the treatment and after 2 courses treatment are correlated with the volume of suprapatellar bursa effusion(P<0.01),but there is no correlation between the improvement of the scores and the volume of suprapatellar bursa effusion(P>0.01).The total effective rate of Dense-sparse Wave Group is 86.67%,that of Continuous Wave Group is 64.52%,and the clinical efficacy of Dense-sparse Wave Group is better than that of Continuous Wave Group(P<0.05).Conclusions 1.Both of electroacupuncture dense-sparse wave and electroacupuncture continuous wave two waveforms can improve patients' clinical symptoms and reduce the volume of suprapatellar bursa effusion.2.The efficacy of electroacupuncture dense-sparse wave of knee osteoarthritis of blood stasis type is better than that of electroacupuncture continuous wave.3.The more amount of volume of suprapatellar bursa effusion can cause more serious clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis of blood stasis type.
