The Qubi Network Cream Treatment Hanning Blood Stasis Knee Osteoarthritis Observation Of 40 Cases Of Clinical Efficacy

Objective:To observe clinical efficiency of the ointment which can dispel arthralgia and remove blood stasis on cold pathogen stagnate and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis whose dialectical of TCM was cold pathogen stagnate and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group had 40 patients , the control group had 40 patients , the protective agent of cartilage - glucosamine sulfate capsules , Diacerein capsules and multi-vitamin had been applicated in both groups. On this basis, the treatment group was added the ointment which can dispel arthralgia and remove blood stasis,the control group was added the Voltaren emulsion.To observe its clinical efficacy compared with the control group from the points of symptoms and signs.Result: In the treatment group which had 40 patients,clinical control in 5 case, markedly effective in 28 cases, effective in 4case, ineffective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 92.5%. In the control group which had 40 patients,clinic -al control in 2 case, markedly effective in 5 cases, effective in 27cases,ineffe -ctive in 6 cases, the total effective rate was 85%. There was significant difference between the two groups after statistical treatment(P <0.05).After treatment,the score of the two groups was lower than those before treatment, the same group has the significant difference (P <0.01) before and after the treatment ;it was showed that the treatment group and control group had good efficacy in improving the symptoms and signs of cold pathogen stagnate and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis. The score of the treatment group was lower significantly compared with the control group, there was a significant differenc -e (P <0.05 or P <0.01)between the two groups. The treatment group was obviously superior to the control group in improving the symptoms and signs points of cold pathogen stagnate and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis.Conclusion: The ointment which can dispel arthralgia and remove blood stasis has a better therapeutic effect on the treatment of cold pathogen stagnate and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis, it can improve the clinical symptoms and signs significantly . It also can improve the clinical curative effect.Compar -ed with the other drugs which can treat knee osteoarthritis,it has many advantag -es,it is a relatively ideal choice for the patients who have cold pathogen stagnate and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis.
