Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Combination Of Medical Care And Elderly Care In R City

With the change of population structure,China has entered an aging society.Forecast data shows that by 2053,the size of China's elderly population will reach a peak of 487 million,and the proportion of elderly people in the total population will reach 34.9%.Prior to getting rich,the problem of old-age care is becoming more and more prominent.Under the severe aging situation,the number of special elderly people such as senior citizens and indifference(energy)increases.In addition,the elderly patients have the characteristics of one person with many diseases,which makes the elderly demand for high-quality medical care.It is also gradually increasing.The long-term "separation of medical and nursing care" in China's old-age care process has led to a mismatch between the supply and demand of old-age care services.The elderly's old-age care needs,especially spiritual comfort,and unmet medical and health needs,have posed serious challenges to the diversified old-age care service system.In order to meet these challenges,the development of integrated medical and nursing services is of great practical significance,and its research has become an increasingly important topic for governments everywhere.City R,as the fourth batch of central financial support for piloting reforms for home and community pension service reform,has a low economic level and high population pressure,and the reform process of pension service is in urgent need of growth.In view of this situation,this paper analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign research on integrated medical and nursing care services through literature research methods,and surveys the current status of integrated medical and nursing care services in R City through questionnaire surveys and field interviews.The law analyzed excellent cases of integration of medical and nursing at home and abroad,and found that the city has a small number of integrated medical and nursing services,which is difficult to provide effective support,insufficient reserves of professional medical personnel,uneven levels,and residents' awareness of health and elderly care.The overall level is lagging behind,there is a single mode of combination of medical and nursing care,the family doctor's responsibility system is in the form,and the service functions of the pension institutions are inadequate.By digging deeper into the cause of the problem,using the welfare pluralism of public management and the theory of quasi-public goods,it gives relevant suggestions to solve the problem.One is to take multiple measures to improve the supply system of integrated medical and nursing services,the second is to strengthen the team building and build a multi-level medical and nursing service talent system,the third is to strengthen public opinion and cultivate the awareness of health care for the elderly,and the fourth is to improve relevant systems and policies To improve the management system of integrated medical and nursing,the fifth is to promote model innovation and promote the intelligent construction of integrated medical and nursing.Through an in-depth investigation of the current status of integrated medical care and elderly care services in R City,this article analyzes the current problems and their causes,and on this basis,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the development of integrated medical care and elderly care services in R City.Promote the reform process of home and community pension in R city to provide reference and basis for reference.
