Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome With Dyslipidemia By Catgut Implantation At Acupoint

Objective:By observing the effect of catgut implantation at acupoint therapy on clinical symptoms,blood lipids and sex hormones in patients with perimenopausal syndrome and dyslipidemia,the mechanism of action was preliminarily discussed,and provide a new ideas for clinical treatment of patients with perimenopausal syndrome and dyslipidemia.Methods:60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome and dyslipidemia meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups received diet control and proper exercise,the observation group was treated with acupoint embedding and treated once a week,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture and treated three times a week?Monday,Wednesday,Friday or Tuesday,Thursday,and Saturday?.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,observe the Kupperman scores,serum estradiol?E₂?,follicle stimulating hormone?FSH?,serum total cholesterol?TC?,triglyceride?TG?,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol?LDL-C?and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol?HDL-C?Changes.All statistical analysis data were processed and analyzed by SPSS24.0 software.Results:The observation group include 30 cases and the final 30 cases were completed;the control group include 30 cases and the final 29 cases were completed.1.After treatment,the Kupperman scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment?P<0.05?,and the difference was statistically significant;and the degree of decline in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group?P<0.05?.and the difference was statistically significant.2.After treatment,the E₂ level of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the FSH level was lower than that before treatment?P<0.05?,the difference was statistically significant;and the improvement of the E₂ and FSH levels in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group?P<0.05?,the difference was statistically significant.3.After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the levels of HDL-C were significantly higher than before treatment?P<0.05?,and the difference was statistically significant;and the improvement of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group?P<0.05?,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Both acupoint embedding and acupuncture have exact effects on patients with perimenopausal syndrome with dyslipidemia.They can effectively improve the symptoms,estrogen levels,and lipids of patients with perimenopausal syndrome.The acupoint embedding is superior to ordinary acupuncture,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
