Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome With BeiShu Point-based Catgut Embedding Therapy

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of BeiShu point-based catgut embedding therapy and common acupuncture therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,the difference between the two groups was compared and analyzed,and the mechanism of BeiShu point-based catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome was preliminarily discussed.Methods:82 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into catgut embedding group and acupuncture group according to the order of visits,and 41 patients in each group.The catgut embedding group selected ShenShu,PiShu,ZhiYang,MingMen for catgut embedding treatment,once every two weeks,a total of 3 times.The control group was treated with common acupuncture,and the selected points were the same as the embedding group,once a day,5 times a week,and 1 course of treatment in two weeks,with a total of 3 courses of treatment.The changes of serum estradiol（E₂）,follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）and luteinizing hormone（LH）were observed before and after treatment,and use SPSS25.0 statistical software for data statistics and analysis.Results:1.There was no statistical difference in age,course of disease,degree of illness,improved Kupperman score and serum E₂、FSH、LH value between the two groups before treatment and acupuncture group（P>0.05）,suggesting that the two groups were comparable;2.The improved Kupperman scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment（P>0.05）.There was significant difference in the improved Kupperman scores between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05）and the improved Kupperman score in the embedding group was lower than that of acupuncture group.3.The serum E₂ level of the patients in the embedding group and acupuncture group after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the serum FSH、LH level decreased compared with that before treatment（P<0.05）.The serum E₂、FSH、LH of the patients in the two groups after treatment was compared.The serum E₂level in the embedding group was higher than that in the acupuncture group,and the serum FSH、LH level was lower than that in the acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion:1.BeiShu point-based catgut embedding therapy and common acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome,and BeiShu point-based catgut embedding therapy is better than common acupuncture therapy.2.BeiShu point-based catgut embedding therapy and common acupuncture therapy can significantly increase the level of serum E₂ and reduce the level of serum FSH、LH,and the catgut embedding therapy based on BeiShu point is superior to common acupuncture therapy in increasing serum E₂ level and reducing serum FSH、LH level.3.BeiShu point-based catgut embedding therapy is more effective than common acupuncture group,and the curative effect is lasting and convenient,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
