This paper mainly studies the optimization of the compensation system of Qinhuangdao Port Hospital in the reform of state-owned enterprises in order to make up for the weakness of the hospital in the human resources competition.Through in-depth analysis of the existing salary system of medical staff in port hospitals,using the theory of salary management,this paper analyzed the problems and put forward optimization schemes to improve the situation of brain drain,attract high-level talents,and ultimately gain competitive advantages for hospitals in the market competition.Firstly,it introduces in this paper the research background,research significance and related concepts and theories,and summarizes the related research status of hospital pay theory and compensation system at home and abroad.It lays a solid theoretical foundation for the optimization of the salary system of medical staff in port hospitals,finds out suitable analysis methods,and excavates the vacuum zone of the research on the salary system of hospitals.Secondly,by investigating the relevant departments of the hospital,we can get the relevant data of the hospital salary system,and expound the existing salary system of the medical staff in port hospital from the perspectives of hospital staff structure,salary structure and salary system analysis.Thirdly,through questionnaires and interviews,we can find out the problems existing in the salary system of port hospitals,and analyze the corresponding reasons according to relevant theories.Finally,we use factor counting method to evaluate the post value and Hey group method to design the optimized salary system for medical staff and put forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the optimized salary system.Port hospital is a state-owned enterprise hospital with a history of one hundred years.In the initial stage of being pushed into the market,it shows that it is not suited to the competitive environment.With the reform of the hospital and the application of scientific means,it is believed that the port hospital can pass through the reform period smoothlyand recast its past brilliance.It is believed that the results of this study can be helpful to the study of the salary system of port hospitals,and it is also hoped that it can be of reference value to the salary reform of other state-owned hospitals.
