With the rapid advancement of military medical technology, its situation,tasks, and internal condition of the military medical university have undertaken great changes. The main task of the military reform with Chinese characteristics is to foster the new generation of Military medical talents ,which also guarantees the process of the reform, to meet the demands of more innovative and higher quality, and the high-tech war in the future. The cultivation of high quality talents of military medicine must be the first and most important task.The secondary class staff of clinical medicine and research are the majority of clinical medicine and research staffs who accomplish most work of clinical teaching, clinical research and clinical practice.
