Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion By Acupuncture Daimai And Weidao Acupoint Combined With Bladder Meridian Acupoints

Objective:To compare the curative effect of acupuncture Daimai and Weidao acupoint combined with bladder acupoints and only bladder acupoints for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods: In this paper,60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected for clinical study.The Random Randomization Analysis was used to form 1-60 random numbers,which were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with acupunctureDaimaiand Weidao acupoints + acupuncture at the bladder acupoints;group B was a control group,and acupuncture at the bladder was used.One of the treatments will receive 10 treatments,and the entire treatment will total 2 treatments.To evaluate the efficacy of the above two treatment methods in the treatment of LDH before and after treatment.By comparing the evaluation results,we observed and summarized the difference in the effect of the two treatment methods in the treatment of LDH.Results:1.Comparison of TCM Low Back Pain: The effective rates of Group A and B were 93% and 67%,respectively.2.Comparison of the evaluation of lower back pain treatment by the Japanese Society of Orthopaedic Surgery(M-JOA): Compared with the pre-treatment group,the difference after treatment in group A and group B was 13.25±4.570 and 11.58±5.400 respectively.3.Comparison of visual analogue scale(VAS): Compared with pre-treatment,the difference after treatment in group A and group B was 5.0667±1.92861 and 3.6000±1.83077 respectively.4.Comparison of serum IL-6 test results: Compared with pre-treatment,the difference after treatment in group A and group B was 36.53±4.12 and 31.67±9.53,respectively.Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of acupuncture Daimai and Weidao acupoint combined with acupuncture at the bladder acupoint on lumbar disc herniation was significantly better than that of acupuncture at the acupoint.
