Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with acupoint bloodletting and ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and the follow-up effect of 30 days after treatment. In order to clarify the advantages of acupuncture combined with acupoint bloodletting in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and optimize the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60 patients with lumbar disc herniation in the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion department of Changzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to December 2019 are randomly divided into study group(acupuncture combined with acupoint bloodletting)(n=30)and control group(ordinary acupuncture)(n=30).The patients in the study group are treated with acupoint bloodletting at bilateral Weizhong point and Yaoyangguan point and no acupuncture on the first day of each course, and then treate with acupuncture every other day, while those in the control group are treated with ordinary acupuncture only every other day.The two groups receive a total of 2 courses of treatment,5 times for each course and once every other day.The VAS score and JOA score of the two groups are recorded and statistically analyzed before treatment,1 course of treatment, the end of treatment and 30 days after treatmentResults:1.The sex,age and pre-treatment scores of the two groups are not statistically significant and are clinically coruparable2.There are significant differences in VAS score and JOA score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05)3.After 1 course of treatment, the effective rate of acupuncture and acupoint bloodletting group is 73.3%,and the cured and markedly effective rate is 30.0%.At the sarue time, the effective rate of ordinary acupuncture group is 56.7%,and the cured and markedly effective rate of ordinary acupuncture group is 16.7%.There is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment, the effective rate of acupuncture and acupoint bloodletting group is 96.7%and the cured and markedly effective rate is 86.7%,while those of ordinary acupuncture group are 80.0%and 66.7%,respectively.There is no significant difference in effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the difference in the cured and markedly effective is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.During the follow-up 30 days after treatment in the two groups, there is 1 case of recurrence in the acupuncture and acupoint bloodletting group and 5 cases in the ordinary acupuncture group. There is statistical significance in the follow-up between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.From the comparison of VAS score and JO A score between the two groups before and after treatment, the two treatment methods have a certain effect on pain relief and functional recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation. At the same time, there is a significant difference between the two groups, indicating that acupuncture combined with acupoint bloodletting therapy is more effective.2.The comparison of the comprehensive curative effect between the two groups shows that acupuncture combined with acupoint bloodletting therapy is better than ordinary acupuncture therapy in terms of clinical treatment effect and follow-up results.3.Acupuncture combined with acupoint bloodletting is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
