ObjectiveThrough randomized controlled method for objective evaluation of acupoint application plus lilectroacupuncture in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation clinical efficacy, comparison of acupoint application with acupuncture treatment group and acupuncture group efficacy advantages and disadvantages, proposes optimization scheme of acupuncture and moxibustion.Study of acupoint application plus lilectroacupuncture in treating lumbar intervertebral discherniation clinical value and application significance.Research methodsThe requirements of the prospective study, the subject of randomized controlled observation of60cases of lumbar disc herniation. Each object in accordance with uniform diagnostic criteria, exclusion criteria and inclusion criteria rigorous screening. Treatment group,30cases of acupoint application to do plus EA treatment,30patients electro-acupuncture treatment, were treated for2days, treatment10times as a course of treatment. After treatment, the treatment group cured13cases were cured,8cases, effective in5cases,4cases, the total effective rate was86.67%; the control group were cured,2cases,11cases markedly effective in11cases,6cases, total effective rate80.00%. Therapeutic effect in Ridit analysis, the treatment group than the control group (P<0.01). JOA low back pain evaluation in the two groups of patients before and after the table score significantly increased between the two groups by t test, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05); the questionnaire, Oswestry functional disability index score was significantly decreased, comparisons by t test, the difference is significant (P<0.05), suggesting that the treatment group the degree of improvement than the control group.ConclusionAcupoint application with electro-acupuncture can safely and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation, signs, improve the quality of life of patients, its efficacy is significantly better than the control group can be used as one of effective methods of treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
