Research On The Allocation Of Medical Resources In Hefei Urban And Rural Areas Under The Background Of Deepening Medical Reform

With the further development of the market economy,China's overall economic strength has been greatly improved,and the medical security and health awareness of urban and rural residents have been gradually strengthened.As an important part of the medical security system,the allocation of medical resources in urban and rural areas in our country is related to the protection of the right to life and health of urban and rural residents.However,taking a general view of the overall allocation of medical resources in urban and rural areas in China,there are problems such as uneven allocation of medical resources in urban and rural areas,which are manifested in the large gap in the number of hospital beds per capita,the number of doctors per capita,and the educational level of medical and health professionals.On this basis,the state proposes to further promote the equalization of public health resources allocation and gradually reduce the difference in the level of medical and health services received by urban and rural residents.Under the background of the rational allocation of medical resources in urban and rural areas in the whole country,Hefei issued the "Medical and Health Service System Plan" in 2017,which pointed out the existing problems of medical resources in urban and rural areas in Hefei and affected the realization of social fairness and justice.As the focus of the society and residents,the rational allocation of medical resources in urban and rural areas requires in-depth research.This study is based on deepening the medical reform stage,combing the overall situation of medical resources allocation in urban and rural areas of the country,and then studying the current situation of medical resources allocation in urban and rural areas of Hefei.First of all,the overall situation of medical resources allocation in urban and rural areas of Hefei was actually investigated.Then,five hospitals of different levels in urban and rural areas were selected as data sources to make a comparative analysis of medical resources allocation in urban and rural hospitals of Hefei.Finally,the questionnaire of 150 residents interviewed was empirically analyzed to clarify the actual medical habits and needs of urban and rural residents and to investigate the residents' satisfaction with the services provided by the hospitals they visited.Based on the analysis of the current situation of medical resources allocation in Hefei city,it is found that the overall level of medical resources allocation in Hefei city is low,the allocation between urban and rural areas is uneven,the allocation system is not perfect,and the residents' awareness of medical security is not strong.At the same time of sorting out the problems and combining with the development experience of urban and rural medical resources allocation at home and abroad,the author proposes to seize the development opportunity under the background of deepening medical reform,make good use of the new situation and new policies,and rationally allocate urban and rural medical resources by promoting the equalization of urban and rural medical resources allocation,constructing a health resources allocation system in line with the actual development,and perfecting government responsibilities.Furthermore,it will supplement Hefei's medical and health personnel reserve,increase the richness of medical resources in township areas,improve the efficiency of resource utilization in urban and rural medical institutions,and improve the overall pattern of current allocation of medical resources in urban and rural areas in Hefei.
